The condo was great! We needed something last minute and Jim couldn’t have been better to communicate with. Balcony was my favorite part… beach is right there, view is amazing. Saw some great wildlife (birds) and even a dolphin. Would stay here again!

Small, Cozy unit ideal for my husband and I’s short anniversary getaway weekend. Host communicates frequently and seems genuinely interested in making your stay as nice as possible. Fantastic ocean view with great sunsets from the balcony.

I’ve owned rental property in both the Caribbean and Costa Rica and I have to say that Jim’s communication is top notch. He is very quick to respond and very through from check-in to check-out. The unit was nicely renovated, clean and centrally located on LBK. The staff is very friendly and the common areas and grounds are well maintained. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jim and his properties. Thanks Jim!

Where do I start. This condo is beautiful in every way. The decor is definitely not from the sales rack. The host goes beyond the norm, don’t hesitate to ask about anything. The view is one of the best and only a few steps from the beach. Hosts like this spoil you and I loved it!!

From start to finish-Jim was responsive and beyond helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much, I'm currently in talks with Jim now about booking again over the holidays. You're comfortable here. From the bed, to the living room chair..you truly have the opportunity to relax and unwind.Everything you may need..it's provided for you to ensure a smooth and carefree stay. Location was excellent. Had an incredible view was truly ON THE BEACH! The condo was very clean. We had. Sunday check-in and the unit was available early for us, which allowed us to start our day earlier on the beach! Washer and dryer are provider on site but not in the unit so pack accordingly. The unit does provide cooler, umbrella and chairs! We would definitely rebook!

The property was easy to find. The receptionist at the office was very professional & quite friendly. She looked up our name & immediately gave us the entrance keys to the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment the view was magnificent & the kitchen was fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender & toaster. It has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. We stayed for only 5 days, but it was wonderful & will definitely come back!

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. The view was amazing! We are looking forward to coming back again. We just a little issue at check-in. Our room key had not been placed into the lockbox but it was quickly resolved. We also were very pleased with the kitchen having everything needed for cooking. We loved how private it was as well.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view steps from the beach! Comfy beds, attentive owner, and very nice furnishings grant this stay 5 stars! It has a kitchenette with everything you could ever need. The property and condo owner provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, putt putt clubs and balls and shulffle board fun! 4 gas grill are on site. Pavilions by the beach are a nice feature. And, the view is worth one more mention, amazing!

Great Location!

We had a great short 4 night stay at this condo! The location was absolutely wonderful—close to everything we needed and just steps from a peaceful, uncrowded beach. The condo was well stocked with towels, and Jim was very accommodating, even offering towel exchanges as needed. We also loved the little extras on the beach like the chaise lounge chairs and a box of beach toys, which was a thoughtful touch and great for families.What started as a special anniversary trip turned into a memorable family vacation when we decided to bring our two children (ages 13 and 4) along. However, I was surprised and a bit disappointed to find that we were charged over 300 more just for including our kids, even though the condo comfortably sleeps six and we only had four guests. In over 20 years of renting through VRBO, this was the first time I’ve encountered a per-person pricing model rather than a flat rate for the stay. I would have chosen a different room in the beginning if I known I was going to be charged extra for adding my 2 children after the fact. Overall, it’s a lovely property in a fantastic location with great amenities, but I would encourage future renters to clarify the pricing upfront to avoid any surprises.

Total Tranquility

My wife and I stayed at Jim's property in Longboat Key and it was everything we wanted. Waking up to the view of the Gulf every morning was a great start to every day.
