  • Tropical Breeze es un apartamento de 1 habitación y 1 baño en el primer piso de un edificio de apartamentos de 4 apartamentos. El apartamento no está a más de 30 pies del agua. Great beach stay

Our family loved this vacation rental. The property was the perfect size and we were able to kayak and paddleboard every day using the rentals equipment We also caught fish off the dock and walked to turtle beach and nearby restaurants.

So comfortable

We loved the location, view and felt it was our own little hideaway. We really appreciated the strong shower head, Weber grill, great A/C, well equipped kitchen and did I mention the view!

Relaxing

The apartment is nice. Lots of room and very clean. It's in a quiet area which is nice, but nothing is too far away.

Sitting by the dock on the bay

Beautiful setting on the intercoastal! Clean unit with all amenities one would need! Short walk to the beach. Will stay again!

PERFECT LOCATION & STAY

What an amazing apartment! My boyfriend and I stayed in Apt A and absolutely loved it. Very clean and comfortable. Views were amazing! Location is very convenient and perfect for our little vacation. We will definitely be coming back!!

Lovely place

Beautiful

This is a very peaceful and beautiful location. The sunrises were magnificent plus daily dolphins, manatees, opsprey and pelicans for entertainment. It is also located right next door to the very best restaurant on the island. It is very convenient to an excellent strip of beach

Bayside stay

Nice older lower level 1 bedroom. Exceptionally well furnished for cooking and adventures. Bonus fruiting fig trees!

Beautiful view. Close to everything ❤️

We always love staying here. The bay view is beautiful. Got to see dolphins, manatee and the new osprey chicks. Walking distance to the beach. Take the Trolly anywhere on the island for free. Thanks so much Debbie and Mark.

Wedding Bells on the Beach

We had a fantastic time! Loved your VRBO! It was so clean, so comfortable and the location was awesome! Being able to fish right outside our door was fun!! It has been a pleasure to work with Debbie!! Would love to come back!!

cute place with amazing view

We loved our stay. Quaint little condo was clean and well equipped. It backs up to the water where we watched manatees while sitting on the back patio every morning and evening. Beautiful sunrises. Way quieter and the main hub of Siesta Key. Beach and couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book again!

Stayed 4 days, used some of the offered sports items (wish the fishing poles were in better condition ). The location is very nice. Did see dolphins and manatees off the dock. Property is exactly as described so there was no surprises there.

Hidden gemstone in Bay!

I stayed in unit A on ground floor. The place was great ! My fav place to eat bkfst Toasted Mango !!Grab your coffee get up an hour before sunrise sit on swing, or the dock watch dolphins gracefully surface ever so gently. Once sun is on horizon head out in kayak and enjoy the playful manatees their blow holes are much louder. Fish jumping all around you amazing fishing!

First stay in Siesta Key

Tranquil retreat in Siesta Key

Tranquil retreat at the quiet end of Siesta Key. We really appreciated the kayaks, bicycles and beach chairs that were available. The lagoon is amazing for wildlife watching - either from the dock or the kayaks. There was so much to do that we didn’t get around to using the fishing poles! An easy bike ride into the commercial section of Siesta Key. If you want to cook, the kitchen is very well equipped and the host provides basics.

Something for everyone

Loved it! My husband's review was "there was always something to do". He doesn't just sit still...so, while I enjoyed my first cup of coffee in the morning, he was out kayaking, fishing or riding over to the beach. The view is amazing, the location is on the quiet side of the key, and the facilities are very comfortable. So much was provided for us and that made living there so easy. We bought groceries in Sarasota so we only hit the Daiquiri Deck and then Shaner's Pizza in Sarasota (YUM). The rest was dine in and relaxed. We hope to plan a month here after my husband retires as it is our favorite so far.

It’s all about the view

Walking in to Apt. A, I was happy to see that cleanliness was a top priority. The view is wonderful and the patio allows for a nice space to take it all in. The unit was stocked with just about everything you need from toiletries to kitchen supplies. It’s a short walk to Turtle Beach and the trolley stop. The neighborhood is far enough away from the busy spots of Siesta Key; it is very quiet. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the sleeper sofa had a deflated air mattress, so sitting in the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, but the view and cleanliness made up for that. The communication with the owner was fantastic! I recommend staying here.

Not clean & roach infested

As soon as we arrived there were roaches in the bathroom and living room area. Then found more under the sofa bed and in bedroom as well! The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower curtain had mold all over it. The place also had a terrible musty smell. We left and found somewhere else to stay…

We’ve never felt the need to write a bad review on any stays. And while we enjoyed the location & our stay we did experience problems with our host. First, the response time was about 24 hours, if at all, as they were on vacation. And we did run into few problems like no internet, no electricity in some outlets & no microwave. There also was construction work being done on the dock next door starting before 8am even on Saturday. This is not their fault but just something that added to the problems. They responded the 2nd day of our stay that they were getting renovations & the workmen must have cut off electricity & forgotten to reinstall microwave. They suggested that we could move to the other apartment located by the roadway next to a very busy restaurant. We had chosen this location to be by the water & were paying extra for the view. Besides we had unpacked & didn’t want to spend time repacking & moving. We suggested to just give us extension cords to run electricity through out the house & we’ll manage without microwave. Upon our departure we mentioned we should probably get some reimbursement, that’s when host said that her reimbursement was her offering us the other apartment & we were the ones that turned it down & after that she wouldn’t respond to me. We had to get VRBO involved & even they had a hard time getting response from them. They initially stated a certain amount that was agreed on but a week later they reduced it to 100 & we never heard from them again

Beautiful views

Nice holiday lodging, one bedroom ground floor with a beautiful view of the intercoastal (facing East). Quiet southern area of Siesta Key, 5 min walk to Turtle Beach. Property was well equipped with everything needed, except food, even aquatic equipment. Generally, clean although worn, A/C worked well and all appliance were in working order. Bathroom could do with an exhaust fan, as small window does not seem to clear moisture and has to opened from outside. Shower, toilet and sink were adequate and functional. TV with on the air channels available, and netflixks. Outside patio overlooks intercoastal, nice recliner chains, table with 4 chairs, swing seat and BBQ are available for use. Shared with other residents of the apartments. Boat dock and bat buckets available to use on dock. Overall, very nice Property and adequate for a few days break.

Great Location

We loved the location and the view, especially from sitting on the swing outside.. I was super disappointed that there was mildew in the shower.. especially the bottom.. I wiped some of it off with a rag.. there was also mildew behind the kitchen faucet, and the corners of some of the rooms were gross. I know that this is normal things that happen in a house, however when you are paying to stay in a place, you expect it to be very clean! Especially when there are multiple famines coming and going throughout this place. The mattress on the couch is NOT a mattress! There was no padding at all. This needs to be replaced or listed as place for two people to stay, not including the pull out couch as a bed. I just couldn’t relax bc of the feeling of uncleanliness.. And the place were the bikes, kayaks and paddle boards are, it’s so junky and unorganized.. there isn’t a air pump to air up the tires for the bikes. And keep in mind, there is only 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards that have to be shared with 4 families. This place could be amazing with some TLC!!

Wonderful if you dont have a fear of giant american cockroaches ....

Had o literally exterminate the property the first day I was here. I have satyed in this unit in the past and had a simular experiance but was told that they had just exterminated hence the Giant roaches 2.5 to 3 inches everywhere. Being on the water and a florida girl I understand this can happen after an extermintion and seemed to clear on day two and three, thus I decided to book again as everything else about this unit is beyond stellar. This stay was WAAAAAy worse then the first time ( a year later) by far unfortunatly. Killed and flushed away no exsaexaggeration 20-25 of these Giant American Coackroaches within the first few hours I was there and continued throughout our 3 night four day stay there. This was birthday gift for a very dear friend I was beyond embaressed !!! So sad because I love this unit and location and the host is also very attentive but unfortunatlly will not be able to rebook again as this seems to be a major ongoing issue.
