My family of 10 (7adults & 3 kids) recently stayed in this rental home and from the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be perfect for us. It’s very spacious with high ceilings. Very clean and pretty. The hot tub was one of our favorite things about the house since it was November and chilly some days. One thing that I wanted to note was that there is a portable pack and play crib in the primary bedroom closet. We ended up renting one ahead of time because we didn’t know one was already there. There is a large beach wagon as well as beach chairs, pool tubes/noodles and beach umbrellas in the garage. We bought beach toys while there and we left them for the next guests. There are also some free weights for anyone wanting to work out. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, etc. Sato realty was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had. We were pleasantly surprised just how close the house is to the beach. Super short walk which was fantastic since we had three children under age 5. We will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the home, location was excellent, 2 very short blocks to public beach access. Home was sparsely stocked and had to immediately grocery shop for minimum essentials including tp and paper towels. The only seasoning in the cupboards was 1/2 small container of ground pepper, so it was kind of a bummer to have to shop for everything to prepare any kind of meal in the home knowing we would have to leave everything or waste it after using a couple of shakes of salt or garlic powder. Outside of some minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our time on stunning Anna Maria Island very much!

Perfect beach house

The check in/out was super easy! We flew in and stayed for a week. Having known what the house offered beach wise, would have been helpful. They had a wagon ( extremely helpful!), beach umbrellas and chairs, boogie boards and some floats. The house also had beach towels which was great. The kitchen had minimal utensils and dishes,but it was fine. Overall, the location was great with easy access to the beach. The pool was awesome also. It is off the main, busy road, so it could be loud as trucks came by at times. We really enjoyed our stay at For Shore!!

Like the place alot

The stay was great . Only thing we noticed from last year to this year was we didn’t have many towels . Last year we had alot , this year we have 2 big towels per bathroom. We washed towels every day . Very few beach towels also. Kitchen was in good shape but we found it not to be as stocked with things as last year. We loved our stay and would stay again for sure .

Fun For Shore

Great location and house with all amenities needed for the size of our family. Beds were comfortable. We had 1 issue with the sink and dishwasher but it was handled quicky and efficiently. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were impressed wirh the staff at Sato: from booking to check-out everyone was helpful, courteous and kind. AMI has been our vacation location for 5 years and For Shore is our favorite house! The staff at Sato are fantastic!

Met all our needs and wants!

As advertised, just steps to the beach and was nice to let the kids walk by themselves! The pool/spa were equally nice and provided hours of entertainment. Walkable location to nearby shops and grocery. (Free) Trolley stop right at the corner. SATO Real Estate responded to every question and need, and incredibly promptly (within hours!) The home was well designed and plenty of room.Yes, Gulf Drive is busy, but AMI is still recovering from Helene and Milton in certain areas. Merchants and restaurants were warm, welcoming and appreciative of folks shopping and dining. We would recommend this vacation spot! (6 adults, 4 kids, no pets)

Beautiful house close to the beach

There were 8 in our group. 2 families of 4- kids age 9-16. It is off the main road but honestly it didn’t bother us. We didn’t sit on the porch much because it was too hot. You didn’t hear the noise inside the house. The house was plenty big enough for us. We had the starter packs to begin with. Publix and the dollar tree are super close if you needed anything. The beach is a block from the house. So 5 minutes and you are walking in the ocean! There is a spiral staircase that leads from the back door in the kitchen down to the pool. You can walk downstairs and there is a door that leads outside to pool too. Just wanted to add that just in case. We had no issues with it. The pool was amazing after coming back from the beach to chill. The hot tub was awesome too my husband would say the best part. 😎Check in/out was simple. No crazy checkout rules. All in all a wonderful vacation and we all loved this house.

Great property, great location close to the beach.

Great overall experience. The property is steps away from the beach and at a nice location very close to the entrance of the island. The pool and hot tub along with outdoor seating was great. We had issues with our A/C and an appliance, and property managers were very responsive to fix these issues during our stay. This property is right along the main road in and out of AMI, so there is a bit of road noise, but it didn’t negatively affect our stay.

Beautiful beach location house

Good location near beach, but busy street with emergency vehicles every so often annoying. Need to supply more necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, pods for dishwasher etc. Had start up problems of tv remote not working, garbage disposal, and toilets not working. Maintenance workers did show up to fix. Hot tub temperature too hot

One block to the beach which was awesome. The house is very nice with all the amenities. There was a problem with the hot tub and the maintenance staff worked very hard to rectify. The staff was excellent. Bathroom with each bedroom was nice so everyone felt like they had a suite. On a busy street with lots of traffic. Location to beach and all there is to do made that ok with us.

Perfect Family Vacation

For Shore was perfect for our family of 9 (5 adults, 4 kiddos). The open living/kitchen/dining area was a great space for all of us at the beginning and end of every day. The bonus was how kid-friendly the furnishings were which eliminated any concern and worries having curious and touchy toddlers! The outside space (dining/seating/bar/pool) is great as well. The only miss this builder/owner had was not putting a bathroom in the garage space ground level. We hit a couple bumps at the very beginning of our stay, but Sato Real Estate was incredibly responsive to our issues and extremely accommodating. You may notice a review or two mentioned road noise - yes Gulf Drive is busy but it was never annoying or interrupted anyones sleep. A positive was that there is a trolley stop, both north and south, right outside the door. Yes, you can indeed see the Gulf from the balconies and it’s a mere 3-4 minute walk and you’re on the path to the beautiful beach. Thanks again Josh @ Sato,we really enjoyed our stay!

Great vacay at the beach

Great experience overall. Simple walk to the beach (2 blocks), amazing private pool and nice neighborhood. Only "negative", due to traffic on the main road (located next to the house) you get some noise, but nothing major. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great location to beach

House was very nice. Location to the beach was awesome but to close to busy noisy Gulf Drive. Pool and outdoor was great but sun not on pool this time of year. Wish there was an elevator and better pans for cooking and need plastic bowls and plates for the pool area.

Schönes Haus , tolle Lage

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einwandfrei, die Ausstattung ist super, die Anbindung (im Sommer durch die Bäderbahn) auch. Das Haus ist das Letzte in der Feriensiedlung, darum war es für uns (in der Nebensaison) schön ruhig. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

House is very nice and obviously built for groups to stay in.

We used the hot tub and pool daily, and the area below the deck was really nice with all the furniture. The sleeping arrangements are great for groups, however the pillows in this location desperately need to be replaced. The information on the property leads renters to believe it is closer to the beach than it actually is, and you cannot see the beach at all from the house. it is up the road and about a 5 minute walk. There are chairs and an umbrella in the garage we used, which was really nice because we almost hired a company to bring them. Overall, the house was really spacious and we had tons of room and didn't feel crowded with our family of 8 staying there. It was really comfortable (except the pillows on the beds).

Sato Properties

Lovely stay at this property. The beach is one of the closest and beautiful’s on the area, Anna Maria Islands offers the cleanest beach and the must family oriented atmosphere ever. Love this place and the Sato Rentals team.
