Everything was great!

Everything was great! I only have one complaint and that was the TV was not working in one of the bedrooms with the king-size bed we called and they said they would come out that day to fix it, but they never showed up a whole week. Other than that, we had a great time and it was a nice place.! we would definitely go back!

Excellent Stay!

Anchor Splash was very comfortable for 4 adults and a 6 month old baby. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the living room and bedrooms provided us with plenty of space. The best part was we were only 2 minutes from the beach! We walked to restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend the Sandbar Restaurant and Pizza Social. Thank you Seabreeze Vacation Rentals for the consistent communication and prompt service.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, very comfortable, felt like a new house, nice furnishings and decorations. Our very favorite things were the location and the pool. Nothing is better then jumping in the pool after walking back from the beach. Being able to walk to beach, restaurants, shops, and a short drive to other beaches like bean point at sunset or live music and beach volley ball at Manatee beach were highlights. Cant wait to come again!

This was a charming home in a perfect location!

This was a charming home in a perfect location 2 minutes walking from the beach and 3 minutes walking to town. The house had everything we needed. The pool was warm and the air cooled down each night to keep us comfortable. I wouldn't call this a “luxury” home necessarily, but for the price and location, it's an excellent choice. Our family of 5 had more than enough space and will look for this property again when we return.

Great location, beautiful home

Large comfortable 4 bedroom. Had a group of friends and we enjoyed the great location close to the beach and activities. Large pool was so much fun too!

Loved staying at Anchor Splash. Seabreeze provided all the basic essentials. We enjoyed our experience at AMI and staying at the Anchor Splash rental. I would highly recommend Seabreeze vacation and Anchor splash.

AMI Oasis

The property was even closer to the beach than advertised and extremely well maintained. The pool was warm when we arrived and the family loved exploring the island from our rental. Highly recommended.

Had the most wonderful stay at Anchor Splash! Sea Breeze Vacations was wonderful to work with and had great communication following the hurricanes. The home was clean and beautiful with space for a big family. The kitchen was completely outfitted with dishes and cookware. Added benefit was the beach wagon, sand toys, and beach chairs. Absolutely beautiful pool and hot tub!

Beautiful Property

The location is perfect. Right across the street from the beach and also within walking distance to Pine Ave where we walked to get donuts every day. My kids loved the pool as well as everyone else. They are very responsive if you need anything! Nice big kitchen area is perfect for families.

A Perfect Beach Retreat

We stayed at Anchor's Splash for 4 nights at the end of January- what a perfect place! Location was perfect- less than 2 minutes to the beach and right around the corner from Pine Ave. The pool area was small- but that made more room for the pool which was a good size and a great spa. This spa heated up to hot tub level. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. We would defintely stay again!

Magical

We rented Anchor splash 6 adults and 2 children. The home was clean, spacious, beautiful and maintained. It was 1 short block from the beach and the pool and spa were Amazing! We all loved everything about it! We will be returning!!! It was the perfect vacation! I highly recommend

Anna Maria Island

We really enjoyed our trip! The location is perfect - one minute walk to a beautiful beach! There is a great restaurant on the beach within walking distance, very close to coffee shops, lunch spots, ice cream and bike/golf cart rentals. The house is beautiful, plenty of space for a family of 5 or more, comfortable beds and nice pool and spa. The house had towels and beach chairs for the beach. The house wasn't stocked with cooking items such as keurig coffee machine, sugar, spices, condiments, zip lock bags etc., so have to buy those. But you can't beat this location and the house is really nice!

Girls Trip

The four of us stayed at the anchor splash for a getaway for a 50th birthday. The house was amazing. It was clean decorated nicely. The pool was perfect. The beach was really a minute away from the house. The location was awesome. Overall the experience was 100%. It also helped that the weather was gorgeous. The days we were there. I would definitely rent this home again.
