The house was nice and it's location so close to the beach was perfect. We were provided with enough paper products, dish and laundry detergent, hand soap,....to easily last the week.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, very comfortable, felt like a new house, nice furnishings and decorations. Our very favorite things were the location and the pool. Nothing is better then jumping in the pool after walking back from the beach. Being able to walk to beach, restaurants, shops, and a short drive to other beaches like bean point at sunset or live music and beach volley ball at Manatee beach were highlights. Cant wait to come again!

Anna Maria Island

We really enjoyed our trip! The location is perfect - one minute walk to a beautiful beach! There is a great restaurant on the beach within walking distance, very close to coffee shops, lunch spots, ice cream and bike/golf cart rentals. The house is beautiful, plenty of space for a family of 5 or more, comfortable beds and nice pool and spa. The house had towels and beach chairs for the beach. The house wasn't stocked with cooking items such as keurig coffee machine, sugar, spices, condiments, zip lock bags etc., so have to buy those. But you can't beat this location and the house is really nice!

Great location, beautiful home

Magical

We rented Anchor splash 6 adults and 2 children. The home was clean, spacious, beautiful and maintained. It was 1 short block from the beach and the pool and spa were Amazing! We all loved everything about it! We will be returning!!! It was the perfect vacation! I highly recommend

Girls Trip

The four of us stayed at the anchor splash for a getaway for a 50th birthday. The house was amazing. It was clean decorated nicely. The pool was perfect. The beach was really a minute away from the house. The location was awesome. Overall the experience was 100%. It also helped that the weather was gorgeous. The days we were there. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great little beach house!

Property was very clean and very nicely decorated. Kitchen had all the cooking things we needed. 2 minute walking distance to beautiful beach! Beach chairs and towels provided were great! The pool is pretty shaded most of the day but we didn’t mind as we spent the days at the beach. Checkin and checkout was a breeze! 2 things I would change are the pillows and mattresses. They are not comfortable at all. Everyone woke up with a sore back in the morning. Other than that I highly recommend.

Perfect location! Very cute and clean beach cottage!

We loved our stay at Anchor Splash! The house has a perfect location both a block away from the beautiful beach and from Pine St shops! Great layout for families and a nice private pool (though the pool alarm was a bit finicky). The house was very clean at arrival. here were plenty of beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, and a wagon) so no need to bring! A few items of feedback: though it's nice to have 3 full baths, the showers are incredibly tiny. The supplies provided are lacking compared to what I've seen at other STRs. There was no basic pantry items in the kitchen: salt, oil, etc. For a family of 7 people we got exactly 7 bath towels and 7 beach towels (they got very dirty at the beach), meaning we had to do laundry every day (twice sometimes). It would have been nice to have some extra towels plus extra supplies. Also, the dishwasher didn't work well. But all in all, minor things. We would stay at Anchor Splash again! And we absolutely loved AMI!!

AMI Oasis

The property was even closer to the beach than advertised and extremely well maintained. The pool was warm when we arrived and the family loved exploring the island from our rental. Highly recommended.

Family vacation

We liked the house. It was very nice. The pool and whirl pool were great. We had eight adults and two teenagers in our group. The house was a little tight for our families to fit, but we made it work. The island of Anna Maria is insanely busy. We chose this house location because everything we read said that Bean Point was not busy, it was more private and quiet. We were disappointed with the location. There were so many people. when we ventured out we were always stuck in traffic. When we went to the beach there were people everywhere. The house was nice but the island disappointed us. We were looking for a vacation away from it all where we wouldn’t be stressed out. The island, with the traffic and all the people really disappointed us. It was hard to relax.

Everything was good, just good not great.

We had hoped we would have received “great” instead of “good” for what the listing charged per night. Everything was as listed for the most part. The location and quietness of the neighborhood is unmatched. Unfortunately, a few things that are the reason for the “good” rating are: - Waterproof cover over mattress in master suite that felt and sounded like crinkling with every move. Flimsy metal headboard that knocked on the wall with any small adjustment while on the bed. - unstable outdoor furniture that several times would not stay upright. The legs need to be inspected so another kid’s foot doesn’t get smashed. - no broom or vacuum to sweep up the sand. - no pool vacuum to clear the debris - the hot tub was not hot. It was Luke warm at best even after three hours of heat up time. - lack of hot water in front bathroom - needs clearer instructions on how to use the child proof pass-through for the pool Bicycles would be a nice offering for what the nightly rate is. To be fair, we never reached out to management during our short stay because we wanted to enjoy our time instead of dealing with these problems.

Perfect location

We love AMI!! Been coming here for years. This house had few extras we truly enjoyed. Beach towels, 2 rolls of paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, and extra trash bags to name a few. I know this seems silly, but they came in handy!! Living room seating was spacious, plenty of room at the bar and table, and outdoor loungers were abundant. Very satisfied with this property!!!

Amazing Location

This sweet little beach cottage was fantastic for our families 4th of July getaway. The location was excellent. It was super close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The pictures don’t do the property justice. It was much bigger then we expected and our family of 5 had plenty of room. The pool was the perfect size and they had so many beach chairs, toys, floats, etc…. The only thing that would make this place better is if maybe they replaced some of the kitchen ware. They only had one plastic wine glass left, the toaster was broken. Other then that we will definitely rent this place again!!

Great location, clean, convenient, well equipped for the beach

Overall as advertised with 2 significant caveats. First, the hot tub is not hot, and is unbearably cold at night. They don’t allow adjustment and my email went without response, despite my voicemail request to extend our stay receiving both an immediate response and a proactive text. Second, the beds suck. They have rubber sheets or something similarly squeaky & lacking in breathability. Also, many of their pillows are unbearably flat. Bring your own pillows. That said, I still think the property merits a 4/5 - 4.5/5 bc the location and price are like a 6/5. Just fantastic. Also, Seabreeze was friendly and apart from them ignoring my hot tub request/complaint completely, they were pleasant to deal with. Plus it has a nice pool and backyard oasis feel.

I wanted to let you know a couple issues I was not happy about with Anchor Splash. Overall the house

House was ok but over priced for what we received. Couldn't use pool, no hot water in bathroom sink. No response from managers to date regarding these issues.

Best spot for beach or pool

The home was great and very spacious. To save money we made 90% of the meals there. If cooking isn't in your plans, the area offers many options that are within walking distance from the house. The only complaint we had while staying here was the inability to clean the floor. Sand gets tracked in no matter how vigilant you are and unless you bring your own broom or vacuum, you are left with this yellow paper weight that you can plug in and push around the house which only spreads the sand into areas that lack it. Other than that, if red tide is an issue at the near by beach, try to drive south on Gulf Drive to Coquina Beach in Bradenton beach.

Perfect House and Location

This house was perfect for our stay in Anna Maria. Literally steps from the beautiful beaches! The backyard pool area is your own little oasis. The beautiful landscape keeps the backyard out of view of neighbors. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location!

The location is fantastic, a very short walk to beach, easy for our 2 & 4 yr old. Pool/hot are great w/ very nice outdoor furniture. Our only two criticisms, and they are significant: the couches need to be replaced, one is broken and can’t be used and the other is tired so we were unable to gather in living room. The vacuum only works w/attachments and no mop so floors became very sandy & we were unable to keep clean. Did attempt to clean w attachment but that’s very time consuming.
