The place was exactly as described and the perfect location for a 4-day getaway. Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean and short walk to get your feet in the sand.The condo was very comfortable and the location was great to get to stores and restaurants with a short drive.

Had a great relaxing time with family. The property is right on a beautiful beach which is crowd free and clean. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for use. Please be aware that the location is at least 20 mins away from the restaurants and shops. But that is also the reason you can have a great time away with your loved ones without disturbances.

With the exception of the weather, which cannot be controlled, it was a very nice getaway. The unit was comfortable and offered all the amenities needed for our stay. Our host could not have been anymore attentive to any issue that was encountered of which there was only the initial operation of the TV and coasters to put glasses on so as not to damage furniture.

Being regulars to the area for years, even spending our honeymoon in Longboat Key, 27 years ago, we already had a love for the area. But I must say that after finding this property, this will be our new go to spot for the next 27 years. A beautiful view to wake up to each day being right on the ocean front with not only clean accommodations, but tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all the essentials. Jim, the property owner was a delight to talk to and was more than accommodating to all of our questions and needs. A must see property with all that its cracked up to be. No filler, all thriller! We had an amazing time. Thank you

Clean condo & Responsive Owner

This condo was clean and ready to go well before our arrival. The Owner was responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay. We did not have to leave messages or go through 3rd parties. He was great to deal with and extremely personable. It is a great location and perfect for a family looking to get away for a relaxing vacation.

A week in paradise

Great Location, Great Host

This was the perfect location for a mid-August getaway. The beach is beautiful and the condo has perfect views. While housed in an older building, the condo itself is updated and modern. Jim is a conscientious host who provides excellent communication and recommendations for how to enjoy the area. He responds to questions quickly. We do have a minor quibble with the choice of "daylight" bulbs (rather than soft white) in many of the lighting fixtures. This tends to give an otherwise beautiful condo a bit of an institutional feel. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better.

Nothing short of amazing

Communication with owner is top notch! Condo is beautiful, sparkling clean, gorgeous views, easy access to so many cities. Beach is amazing…tons of chairs, beach toys, space(even on a “busy” Saturday). You absolutely can’t go wrong renting this condo!

Perfect Stay

This is an exceptional property, exactly as advertised. Fantastic location, beautiful ocean sunset view, and well-decorated. The unit was spotless and the check in/ out process could not have been easier. The owner, Jim, is very responsive and provides the most thorough unit instructions and guide to the at I have ever seen. Our stay was a 10/10 and we look forward to staying at Jim’s properties in the future.

Beautiful place

If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind look no further than Longboat Key. Unit 202 was as advertised, beach view was beautiful and best sunsets you will ever see. Jim made the process seamless and only a text away if you have any issues which we did not. Recommend 10/10. Go enjoy!!
