Jim is a fantastic host. He's a great communicator, from the time of booking to questions we had during our stay. He provided us with an informational packet that was very helpful. We loved the view, the quiet beach and the location. And the new king bed was so comfy! We can't wait to go back to again.

Had a great relaxing time with family. The property is right on a beautiful beach which is crowd free and clean. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for use. Please be aware that the location is at least 20 mins away from the restaurants and shops. But that is also the reason you can have a great time away with your loved ones without disturbances.

With the exception of the weather, which cannot be controlled, it was a very nice getaway. The unit was comfortable and offered all the amenities needed for our stay. Our host could not have been anymore attentive to any issue that was encountered of which there was only the initial operation of the TV and coasters to put glasses on so as not to damage furniture.

Being regulars to the area for years, even spending our honeymoon in Longboat Key, 27 years ago, we already had a love for the area. But I must say that after finding this property, this will be our new go to spot for the next 27 years. A beautiful view to wake up to each day being right on the ocean front with not only clean accommodations, but tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all the essentials. Jim, the property owner was a delight to talk to and was more than accommodating to all of our questions and needs. A must see property with all that its cracked up to be. No filler, all thriller!
