Relaxing

Great view and a short walk to the beach. Watched a pod of dolphins swimming by each morning. Very relaxing and nice location. My wife and I enjoyed out time there.

Gorgeous View

We took a short couples getaway and absolutely loved our stay here. View from 2nd floor balcony was outstanding! Our condo was clean & well equipped. We were able to walk the beach in either direction and even saw a pod of Manatees. Restaurants in the area were also amazing.

Beautiful View-Comfortable Unit

So happy we booked this property, this unit was perfect for the two of us. First, the view is fantastic! Sunset every evening from the comfort of your balcony is amazing, and loved that we were only steps from the beach. The property is well maintained.The unit is tastefully appointed, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and all basic amenities were covered. Excellent communication with the owner Jim! Grocery store, restaurants are all close by and the area is truly wonderful. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Yes, steps from the beach! Property well maintained. Building is older but kept fresh and clean. Interior as listed, nicely decorated. Bed comfortable with good sheets! Nice to have beach chairs on site. Quiet. Go for it!

Unit 201 Review

The condo was updated and immaculate. The view of the beach could not have been better. The balcony also offered fantastic views of the sunset. My wife and I plan to make the location our permanent vacation destination for all our future beach trips!

Beautiful

The condo was just like it was pictured. The beach is steps away and you are close to food, grocery stores, and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommend.

Longboat Key Vacation

The property was well updated and you could tell cleanliness is a top priority for Jim. We have stayed at quite a few different condos on our beach vacations and this was by far one of the cleanest. Jim was very accommodating and even checked in with us at different points throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Nice Unit

Great view of the Gulf and beach. Good communication with owner. Nice property: clean, very quiet central air, well-lit property sign out front and elevator. Nice appliances and large walk-in closet. Beach umbrellas were a plus. Balcony had 2 chairs, 2 tables and a lounger. Did not use the pool or televisions. Only thing keeping from a 5 star review was the bed. An upgrade would be a big help.

Longboat vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay on longboat key. Check in was easy and communication with Jim was very easy. We would recommend this condo to everyone. Hope to stay there again sometime in the future.

A very special place

I have been visiting LBK since I was 5 yrs old. The beach outside the property is excellent. The place is very peaceful. The quality of finishes inside are top notch.
