We absolutely loved the beach access—it made our stay so convenient and relaxing. When we first arrived, the cupcakes with our names on them were such a special and thoughtful touch by the owners. It truly felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. This was the best Christmas gift I could have given my family. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing

We came for spring break with 2 toddlers to visit family and friends, and we couldn't have been more pleased with this property and its staff! Everything was perfect, from the lodging to the location and all the available beach stuff. We definitely will stay here again!

The place was very nice. The bathroom situation was weird. It was a bit expensive and that stressed my mom out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I wish I would have gotten a place with a pool. We loved the large living and dining area, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable

Good property managers

Upon arrival we were blown away with the beautiful beach view and giant porch to enjoy it from. This is steps from the beach, through a well worn path. They supplied plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels and even a cooler for taking down to the beach. We personally felt it was close enough to walk to the village. We traveled as a family of 6, and had plenty of room and really could have slept 2 more with zero issues. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much but not a deal breaker - pillows are always hit and miss places. The main issues we came across were extremely strong perfume scented bedding, overall we’re all pretty sensitive to perfume and I did have to wash all of the bedding on second day as we started getting headaches. Property manager was great and did offer to drop off new bedding, but we were worried we’d run into the same thing again. There weren’t enough wash cloths for everyone, and they had them dropped off by the next morning for us. It is on the 4th floor, so there was no concern about anyone getting in our bathroom door but I did let them know the door did not lock and they said they’d come back to replace it next day and never did. There is also no elevator to get up to 4th floor so wouldn’t recommend for anyone mobile impaired. The ice maker did have a lot of black mold, so we avoided it, hopefully they got that fixed. Overall we would still stay here again!

The description of the property was very accurate. It was beautiful on the inside and outside! So very clean!!! We enjoyed every minute of our first trip there. We did not want to leave. Beautiful beaches and clear water. Great restaurants and shopping. Would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!!

Making Memories at the beach 🏖️!

Beautiful penthouse condo! As you open the door you are immediately greeted by the bright openness of the huge center room which includes the kitchen, dining and great room! Then you are immediately drawn to the total glass wall of full height windows looking out to the gorgeous view of the crystal blue waters of Siesta Key! The bedrooms and bathrooms are all huge! Absolutely gorgeous place to call home for a week!

Great location, wonderful condo, clean comfortable, stocked with all essentials. 2nd bathroom configuration was a little awkward for adults since you had to walk through the third bedroom to get there. Overall wonderful experience!

Beautiful location within walking distance to the village

Our expectations were exceeded by this beautiful residence. Clean and updated interior with all the necessary elements provided for a week's stay. Beach access is ideal, just a short walk down the path. Being within a short walk to the village was an added bonus. We had an excellent time.

Nicely remodeled condo on 3rd floor. Small problem with check in, but easy communication with The Cottages rental property. I think only 5 condos in building. No elevator as a prior review stated. Wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others. Pretty views. Easy walk to beach. Nice section of beach, not too busy. Chairs, umbrellas and other beach toys available to use. Close to Siesta Village, very walkable. Had great lunches at Island House Tap & Grill, Great dinner at Summer House. Pricey, but one of our best meals. SKOB another great spot with good food. The Cottage also a great place to eat.

Great place with wonderful view!

This place was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. GOOD: * Parking, location, views, kitchen is amazingly well-stocked * Place is really pretty, well decorated * Plenty of room, lovely balcony * Please note that the good VASTLY outweighs the bad, below - but I usually look for "bad" stuff in reviews. It's just more useful. BAD: * We had downstairs neighbors that smoked like chimneys. Not the properties fault, but kept us from enjoying the balcony. * We couldn't do laundry because a palmetto bug took up residence in the washer and our stay was too short to get an exterminator in - though management really tried hard to make it happen * The couch is feather. Great for me, but my partner is allergic and the listing should probably mention it.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

We were so lucky to find this newly listed property. This is the entire top floor of this 3 story building with a beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook in. The beds were super comfy, smart TVs and ROKU. We were able to log into our various accounts: Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. The house came with plenty of beach goodies: Tommy Bahama Chairs, coolers, towels, cart to haul it all to the beach. We got a golf cart, but you can be "downtown" in a short walk down the street where you'll find plenty of bars, restaurants and a well stocked Siesta Market. We especially appreciated the personalized welcome. Do not pass this up if it is available. We will definitely return.
