Exceptional view from the lanai

We had a great experience renting from Tony. His condo has a lovely location overlooking the pond and pool. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai with the gentle warm breeze.

Ideal Location and Amenities

Loved the view, location, furnishings (leather couches, king size bed and electric kettle), very pet friendly. Within walking distance of Publix, Dunkin Donuts, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Walmart, etc. Would stay here again.

Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Accommodations were very pleasant. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo! Gated community with a lovely pool and lakeside view. The location is perfect. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the University Parkway area. Both Lido beach and Siestas Key are close by. Tony was very easy to communicate with. We definitely will stay here again.

Relaxing change of pace

My wife and I spent eight very enjoyable days in Tony's condo. It was clean and nicely appointed. Had a long distance call with Tony and a minor A/C problem was quickly remedied. We had great time exploring Sarasota's many attractions and appreciated the friendliness of the locals. Loved the local restaurants. I would definitely return to this complex and Tony's unit again. A break from the midwest to sunny Sarasota in October was the perfect getaway. We took advantage of the on site pool every day. Thanks Tony!

Perfect for a week stay

The condo was a perfect place for a week long stay while I visited my son. I was able to work from the condo during the day and visit my son in the evenings. The wifi worked perfectly for remote working. The condo was well equipped with the necessary items. The only thing missing is a mixer for making cookies or other treats.

Perfect place for Sarasota Visit

We just stayed at this property for the past week. It was perfect from booking until we checked out. Lovely condo with lots of room and convenient to all. Tony was very quick to respond to emails and the place was exactly how it was described. Big, well appointed kitchen, comfy living area, and lovely patio overlooking the lake. I really would be hard pressed to come up with any improvements and hope to stay here again!

Wonderful Condo!

A very pleasant and comfortable condo with everything we needed. The community is beautiful and nice for walking around the lake/pond. Especially enjoyed the screened in balcony. Easy to get in to gated community and condo. Great central location to do things in the area.

Remote Work Getaway

Unlike to many real estate listings that overstate the spaciousness of a property, Tony's listing was much more spacious than what we had expected. The pool was warm and I could always get a chair. We had most cooking supplies we needed and loved that it had a Keurig and electric tea kettle. My husband worked at the dining room table and I often sat on the linea. It's a quick drive to the Bayfront Park, downtown Sarasota, St. Armaund's Circle, and Lido Key. There were a pair of Sandhill cranes nearby. My only issue occurred on the first night of our stay when the upstairs tenant chose to use a floor sander at 9 pm. Fortunately, we didn't hear him again for the rest of our month stay. The condo unit was clean, cozy, and made for an enjoyable workaway location.

Would love to stay here again

We loved our stay at this property. It had all the supplies we needed for our week's stay. Our grown kids came to visit on Thanksgiving Day, and we were able to prepare a family meal in the kitchen; the place was also roomy enough and had enough seating to give us all a nice visit. The condo was clean and homey feeling, and the neighborhood was beautiful. I would love to stay there again when we visit our kids and their families.
