I Couldn’t Find a Thing Wrong With It

My colleagues and I had a great stay at Coastal Cottage for a work trip. The kitchen and living room area gave us plenty of room to relax at the end of the day, and the bedroom/bathroom arrangement ensured that we had privacy when we needed it. The property was exceptionally clean, and everything inside was well organized and functional. Would definitely rent again.

Sehr modernes und sauberes Haus. Sehr großzügig und für drei Familien geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist etwa abseits von den Ständen und vom Geschehen in einer ruhiger Nachbarschaft.

Beach Time

Property was in a central location to the beach and restaurants. It was very accommodating for our party of 6. It was clean and very well equipped. The outdoor space was very relaxing and comfortable. The drive is single wide and not very long. We had 2 crew cab pickup trucks which barely fit in the drive but we made it work. Overall, our stay was very relaxing and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hidden gem.

Lovely 3 bedroom home

We stayed in this home while visiting family in Bradenton over Thanksgiving. It was as beautiful as shown in the photos. Very clean and the outdoor area is lovely and very private. The liquid soaps and shower gel were very nice and I am kind of picky about those. Very nice quality. We went to Siesta Key beach one day and used the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Highly recommend this VRBO home and we will def rent this again if we come back to this area.

Rowing Junior Nationals - Nathan Benderson

This property was great! The space is open and feels very comfortable and peaceful. We cooked for our rowers and their coach several nights. Kitchen and outdoor grill worked well to make meals. It was very hot during our stay and did not use the patio to sit outside, it seems like a great spot! Lots of great space to relax inside in the cool! We would return if we need another long stay in Sarasota!

We enjoyed our stayed at Costal Cottage!! We loved the open concept, well furnished specious rooms and each room having its own independent bathroom. The backyard with the fireplace was a plus and the house was equipped with all the essentials for our family trip. There was enough room to fit our family of 8 and we all sleep comfortably.The decor and cleanliness was the cherry on top, we highly recommend this place for your next family trip!!

Great Experience

Our family stayed for 2 nights and we loved everything about the rental. The house was furnished and decorated very well. We had everything we need and then some. The little details went a long way; a tower fan was provided in the master bedroom, sound machines in the bedrooms, very nice shampoos and body washes provided, ample dish detergent, paper towels, etc. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Cute house

Very roomy, beautifully decorated, and VERY clean. Perfect for a family wanting to visit Siesta Key Beach ( which was our main destination). The backyard was a little noisy during heavy commuting hours, but was so serene and idyllic.

Coastal Property

We loved the coastal decor, and the beds were wonderful. The outdoor space is amazing, spent a lot of time relaxing and reading out there. The only drawback was the busy street with the noise and heavy traffic which you may want to take in consideration.

So Satisfying

I am notorious for booking places that look good online but turn out to be less-than. My family says I “knocked it out of the park” with Coastal Cottage…it was as beautiful as pictured online and everyone loved staying there. It was a quick 10 minutes to my brother’s house where our extended family was gathered for a weekend of festivities. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!! We will definitely book again as we have need! Thank you for such a lovely home and situation!

Family vacation 2022

This property overall was excellent. We had some cleaning issues when we arrived but nothing we couldn't take care of. I emailed the person that sent us instructions on check in process and I she said emailed property manager which I did but I still haven't heard from the property manager. My father came with us and he did clean the stove and left it like new😀. Kids loved the place its so centric and everything was closed. We loved the beach and made great memories there I will say I will definitely rent it again whenever we decide to go back!

Excelente experiencia con esta casa. Esta muy bien mantenida, y decorada, es un placer entrar, todo funciona perfecto, tienes muy buena calidad de artefactos y mobiliario en general, ademas muy lindo y limpio. Es una casa muy comoda para una familia con niños, tiene un gran estar en el living comedor donde haces gran parte de la vida, y ademas una sala para niños con TV y sillones en el segundo piso. Ademas los dueños se preocupan de dejar detalles y atenciones para los visitantes. El unico comentario que es algo que no se ve en las fotos, es que es casa esquina con una avenida grande, pero parece ser mas molesto de lo que es, nosotros por lo menos no sentimos molestias con el ruido. Y el resto de la calle es muy linda.

Felt like HOME

We feel in love with the house as soon as we opened the door. Everyone had there own space including to 10 year old with the loft cubbie. We only had a short time but we'll definitely look into this location in the next time we take a vacation.

Perfect Home for our Family

We LOVED this home so much... it was very clean and well decorated, and provided the perfect space for our 2 and 3 year old to play! We were visiting family in Florida and also had the grandparents stay with us, and the layout of the home was perfect to give all of us plenty of space to spread out. We let the grandparents stay in the downstairs room, and the kids stayed in the lofts (and loved it) and we were able to retreat to the upstairs room! The BEST PART was all the unexpected toys that kept our kids entertained! That was such a blessing for us! We also loved the big kitchen that had everything we needed (fresh whole bean coffee was amazing) also sitting outside on the back porch (but note that it can be a bit loud with the traffic). We also loved that we could walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop! It is also near the new running trail (I forget the name of it) but provided a perfect 3 mile loop to run it. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation house

We enjoyed this vacation house. It was very clean, neat and nicely decorated. It is also close to the areas we wanted to visit, downtown and the waterfront parks.
