House was very clean and in very good shape. Really liked it. Only drawback was one afternoon, a group of guys showed up unannounced and spent the entire afternoon cleaning and repairing a pool waterfall feature. They covered the outdoor furniture with tarps.

Great location, beautiful well maintained property. Minor problems were communicated about and followed up with quickly. Solutions were provided. Close to beach and st. Armands, and drive to everything else. They provide everything you need.

A Shore Thing

What a great property! The description of the property was very accurate. The location is perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice to use. Would highly recommend this property to anyone with a family.

Terrific Property

I have done multiple VRBO stays over the past few years and some were a bit deceiving however this location would be identified as a home run. The property is clean and well-kept. The furniture and bedding were also very comfortable. The rental was pretty darn close to turn-key for my family on vacation, Loved our stay, and would absolutely consider staying here again when coming to Sarasota market.

Great Vacation home! Loved it!

The house was very clean and has been recently updated. The kitchen was stocked with dishes/pots and pans and loved the keurig coffee maker. (we brought pods from home but they had plenty for guest use) The pool and waterfall feature are beautiful, the hot tub was a bonus! Use of all the beach gear in the garage, chairs/umbrellas/wagon were greatly appreciated. The beach bikes were also great!(bring your helmet) Our pups loved playing in the grass area, loved that it's fully fenced. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach. Best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend, look forward to coming back!

Awesome place. Poor Management

The house is awesome and the pool adds a nice touch. Only complaint is the pool spa heater. You have to pay extra per night to have the spa heated for a few hours. No problem I don’t mind paying. I have a pool at home and understand that is cost to heat the spa. I was there for a week and paid for the spa to be on. $50 or $75 per night. No problem. Where the problem began is communication with the property management. First night we had no spa heat, after calling several times the next day they told us the they would resolve the issue. The second night everything was good. After that we never had heat. Called the management company again and again. We just kept getting transferred around. Long story short we got heat one night out of 6. After calling for months we were told we would get reimbursed for the spa heater. We only got reimbursed for 1 night. After that we kept getting passed around. Finally gave up.

Great Property!

We loved this house and the location! It is perfect for 7 or 8 people if you have two people willing to climb to a top bunk. Management was quick to respond to our questions. Our only minor issues were with the sliding door to the pool--it's very heavy and difficult to open and close. Also the master bath shower drain was slow. Other than that, it's a wonderful place to stay. The pool was absolutely perfect, and the house is close to the beach and St. Armands Circle! Thank you for a fabulous week!

Great house and location

House was great- spacious, clean, well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Pool area and backyard were also great. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Great location- walking distance to the beach and St Armand’s Circle. Very quiet neighborhood. Management company was very easy to work with and super responsive to any questions or requests. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

New Year get-a-way

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful property. Best vacation rental in the entire Sarasota area! Great house, fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy the home and area! Second to none location!!! The house is very close, walkable distance to both the beach and bay access. Also walkable to all of the restaurants and shops at St Armands Circle. Excellent communication and responsiveness. Highly recommend!

Overall it was great! Location to the beach and St. Armand’s was great! House was beautiful.

There were some things that need to be improved. Drains in the showers were not cleaned properly of hair, water was not draining and we had to fix it. The outdoor furniture cushions were wet from the rain therefore we had to dry them. Couldn’t really sit on the couch outside the whole trip. Management company is hard to get a hold of for simple things like that or just to ask questions. Pots and pans situation could have been better. Cooking breakfast was hard, that is the only meal we cooked. If those things were fixed we would definitely come back and stay again. All in all great house.

Amazing

Let me start by saying the house is beautiful. When we walked in you could tell that it had been cleaned by not only the look of it but the smell of it. The furnishings were beautiful in all the rooms. All the rooms were exactly as pictured on VRBO. The amenities were great from all the games they had there which we took advantage of to all the beach supplies and the bikes. Kids also loved the ping pong table. The pool was great after a day at the beach. The location was perfect walking distance to St. Armands Circle and the beach although we preferred to drive to the beach. I cannot say enough about this property and how nice it was. If I had anything to complain about and I wouldn't even really call it a complaint is that at some point the pool guy came to service the pool so we were a little startled when a man just walked into the backyard, I think that's something they should mention and also the previous people left the garbage overflowing. And there was no ironing board on the premises that we could find. Beyond that it was a picture perfect week and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect week in paradise!

We travel often and usually rent a house for our vacations. This one was by far the best equipped home rental we have ever experienced. The description doesn’t even begin to explain all of the amenities that come with this beautiful home! In addition, the pool is the most thoughtfully arranged design for everyone to enjoy. The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to Saint Armands Circle, the kayak tours at the mangroves tunnels, and the beautiful Lido key beach. The home was also completely spotless and meticulously maintained. We will definitely return to this beautiful home in paradise!

The property was great located near the San Armand Circle and lido beach. The home itself is in a great area and is tastefully decorated. The staff and everything was great. My only complaint is that some of the sheets had stains and had to be washed but overall a great experience. Would totally book again!

Beautiful home, fantastic location

this home was really beautiful, from the inside to the outside. the swimming pool was fabulous! a very short distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. the house itself was wonderful, but there were some communication gaps with the property management team - lack of response and some small issues that never got resolved. however, the home itself is quite beautiful and has some very nice amenities and we really enjoyed sitting in the backyard and dipping our toes in the pool.
