This is a great house, well equipped, updated and very clean. The location of this house will be hard to beat, close to beach, dinning and shopping. it's literally 9 minutes or less to everything local, and groceries are on 10 minute drive. The house has great light and a great pool!We had wonderful communication with owner and property manager and they are very proactive to assist.We will definitely stay again.

We loved everything about the vacation home. We spent a great deal of time in the private heated swimming pool. The location and privacy, could not be beat. We rented a car but hardly used it for anything other than airport transportation. Claudia was there to help us with new batteries for the TV remote. Excellent Vacation home!

Paradise. Peaceful. Immaculate inside and out. Your home exceeded any place in any of the places we have stayed in the states and outside the country. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and pavilion that has food and drinks. We ordered food from the store and we felt no need to go anywhere else. As far as the pool it was the softest water ever in a pool. The pool area is private and tropical. We spent most of the day by the pool. And did I mention the privacy? If there was anyone living in the cottage or anywhere else we did not notice. Tropical paradise as soon as you enter the gate.

Absolutely loved our stay! House is cozy and decorated so nicely. So many thoughtfully designed details. Pool was amazing. Only a block or two from the beach. Beach chairs & towels provided. Short walk to St Armand’s circle with so many restaurants & shopping! We would book this place as often as possible. Just perfect!!

Outstanding property. Everything was excellent. The home was a real gem with an amazing pool and a terrific home layout. Location was A -- close to St. Armand's Circle and close to the beach. Could not have asked for anything more out of a home or the hosts!

Thoughtfully Done, Peaceful, Private!We absolutely loved our stay at this private oasis property! From start to finish, everything was just as described — and even better. The host clearly puts a lot of care and intention into creating a warm, welcoming experience. Every detail felt well thought out, and it truly shows.  The house was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture and beds were cozy, and the entire home felt like a peaceful retreat. We especially loved how quiet and private the setting was — the beautiful landscaping, and relaxing pool area made it feel like our own little oasis.We appreciated having clear instructions, a full description in the listing, and great communication, and a space that felt both high-quality and full of heart. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for getaway.  Parking no problem, fast Internet. Claudia and Lori make a super team. The host was kind, responsive, and clearly cares deeply about guest experience. It’s clear they’ve put years of work and love into this space. Quality hosts, quality property! Oh and the beach is super close, St Armand’s also, both walkable from the house. Just a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Total false advertising!

When we booked this place the ad said ENTIRE HOUSE.When we arrived we discovered it was a duplex and we were sharing the driveway, yard, and laundry room. Our truck was too long for the parking spot assigned to us and hung out into the road by 2 feet. We called immediately to find out what happened to the “entire house” rental. The property manager informed us that the ad stated IT WAS A DUPLEX. We pulled up the ad we used to book the place and at the very top it said ENTIRE HOUSE! Nothing about it being a duplex! Needless to say we were not happy at all. My husband gets ONE vacation a year and needs to recharge and chill. This was not going to happen here! We tried to find another place immediately, but nothing was available. We came into town for a family members high school graduation and it was the first night we were there. It was 40 minutes from this house so we did not get home that first night until 11:20 PM so we had to stay there. We told the property manager we would be out early the next morning and would need a refund. After several texts and phone calls she agreed to refund our money. When the refund came through she charged us a RIDICULOUS amount for ONE NIGHT! We only slept there, and left early the next morning. We expected to have to pay for one night, but she stuck it to us! Never have we dealt with such LIARS! Beware if you think you are renting out the entire house and I would NEVER trust anything these people say! Vacation was absolutely ruined!!

This is the 6x10 bathroom we were given to use when we thought we were getting a master bathroom in the master bedroom. The shower door barely misses the toilet. A few of the towels were stained a dirty black.

Private Paradise

Everything was ready for us to enjoy our vacation! Easy check in, parking, clean, well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Easy walk to the beach, St. Armands circle and to catch the free Trolly to downtown Sarasota. The pool was amazing!!! Heated, private and surrounded by beautiful palms and tropical plants. Perfect private paradise! We will be back!!!

Loved everything about it!

Fantastic time, beach within walking distance and St Armands (a little sad that quite a few businesses have not yet reopened following the hurricanes). Property equipped with everything one could need and more! Truly home from home. Next time we’re back in Sarasota we will definitely hope to rebook.

My husband and I spent a week here and it was best experience we could have asked for. The property manager was so attentive and always making sure we had what we needed. The pool was amazing and we spent most of our days out there. This house had everything you could imagine needing down to makeup removing towels. I was so impressed and cannot wait to return!

Best week ever

Wonderful, easy booking process with owners. Extremely clean home with a private pool under palm trees. Great starter with easy walking distance to Lido key beach. It was heaven. We will definitely be back!
