Great stay, wonderful location

Home was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and linens. Beach towels provided. Plenty of living space inside and out. Could have done with a couple more loungers by the pool as there were two provided so we took turns.The garage has table tennis but due to the loud alarm on the entry level patio doors we didn’t use that at all.Pool was nice, was a little warm on the first day as it seems to be heated all the time… but cooled off after the rain.Location was great, right next to a trolly stop so we used the app to see when the trolly was arriving and then stepped out a few minutes before. The only downside of this great location was that right next to the road you could hear the traffic when sitting out by the pool.Beach access is a 5 minute easy walk. Management and host were responsive to any issues.Thank you for a lovely stay.

The home is wonderful and it’s a shame leaving this comment. Two of the three bathrooms with showers had mold. The main one shower curtain was terrible with pink mold and the shower floor such an easy fix yet no one changed it or cleaned it.

Wonderful House

We were so impressed with this house and the location. The house was clean, everyone had their own bed, the pool was fabulous and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect with several restaurants in walking distance but you can get to either side of the island in a short drive. Will definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this house and had an awesome Thanksgiving Break. Loved the hot tub, the huge couch and the closeness to the beach and Anna Maria Island Cafe. Thank you again!

Summer Family Vacation

The property was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked and all our kids got their own rooms which was important to us. We all really enjoyed the nice pool and pool area and how short the walk to the beach was. It was also great to have the ping pong table and fooseball tables to use. Only downside was the street noise.

Great 1st stay on AMI

We stayed at Casa Morado during the 4th of July. The house was ready early, which was great since we arrived earlier than expected. The house was nice and clean with no weird smells. We had plenty of dishes and space for our guest of 8. Lots of beach toys and 2 beach chairs, the wagon works but the handle is broken. The pool and patio areas were perfect! The walk to the beach takes maybe 5min with a load and is a straight shot down the residential street. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location

The mid island location was perfect with a trolley stop right on the corner. The pool was very clean and heated. The beach access was a 3 minute walk and the beach was not crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. All new furniture and beds also made sleeping and relaxing very comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again.

Pretty Purple House

Our group (two families with children 12 and under) had a fantastic stay! The location (although close to the main road) was perfect for beach access and well situated on the island. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We lived spending time in all the outdoor spaces. Looking forward to next year!

Great beach location

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant enjoyed our first trip to AMI! The house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was in a great central location on the island. The pool was a great feature, but note that it is in the shade most of the day. Kristin was very accommodating and pleasure to work with! Our family is already talking about when we can go back!

Wonderful place to stay

My family and I enjoyed the house very much. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. The heated pool was a treat. It also had a hot tub but we didn’t use it. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful beach getaway

This property is in the perfect location. People may complain it is adjacent to a busy street, the noise didn’t bother us at all. We had wonderful foliage to block the noise. The pool, spa and outside living space was fabulous. We spent most of the trip Out there and at the beach. Make sure to visit the far side of the island it’s less posh but the food is fabulous and the restaurant on the beach was yummy. I deducted 1 star for cleanliness and unfortunately I believe the managers can’t fully control this. There was a used towel left in the shower and the floors under the couches were dirty they had popcorn and glow sticks underneath. I cleaned it right up and enjoyed the stay. You will love this place it’s less than 6 min to the beach. Rent a golf cart too. You will have a blast!

Relaxing Place for 8

Family vacation. Our forest trip to AMI. Backyard with pool, hot tub and water feature were where the family spent most of its time. 10 minute walk to the beach. Spacious bedrooms. We’ll equipped kitchen and gas grill.

House is beautiful, decorated very nice. Beach towels provided were nice. Pool area wonderful. Next to a very busy main road with lots of noisy traffic. Grill did not work.

We will be back!

Beautiful home. It was a BEACH vacation but honestly the kids loved the pool at the house WAY more! The beach is within a short walking distance to the house. Location is great. You are away from the much busier parts of the island. Lots of shopping nearby. House was clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! We do plan on coming back and staying in this house again.
