Perfect Location

This stay was in a great location. It was near Publix and several beaches. The property was comfortable and clean. We would visit again.

Spring break

Very nice 1 bedroom with a pullout sofa washer/dryer. Location was in walking distance to beach and stores, Publix , cvs and many others just few blocks away. I would recommend staying there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation stay at Island Retreat. It is conveniently located close to a trolley stop, the grocery store and beach. The place was very quiet and clean. We would go back there in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Island Retreat - the location is great for access to the Manatee Beach and also for the Trolley Bus. We have stayed in a number of properties on the island and this is definitely the best - ideal for a couple. The kitchen and most of the appliances look almost new. The property was also very quiet, given it's central location.

Wonderful vacation rental!

Very clean and conveniently located! This was perfect for my son, husband and I. We were able to walk to the beach everyday, and multiple other places easily from this rental. House came equipped with plenty of supplies.

Great Location

The process was simply and easy and the property was located in a great spot. Just a 2 block walk to the beach and across the street from a CVS pharmacy, Publix grocery market and other useful shops. The beach supplies (towels, chairs, beach umbrella and beach wagon were very helpful and in great condition.

Well-appointed and spacious

Our stay at Island Retreat was perfect! The location was very convenient to the main road and public beach, but was still very quiet. All of the beach essentials are provided including chairs, an umbrella, wagon, cooler, and beach toys. The property was very clean and SeaBreeze team members responded promptly each time I reached out - both before our trip and during. I highly recommend this property and SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals!

Clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach

I found this condo to be more spacious than expected, and the location was great for us. We didn't rent a car, but the beach is just a couple blocks away, and there is a CVS and Publix across the street. For all other outings, there is a trolley stop 50 yards from the condo, so we were easily able to explore everything we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Amenities

Sea Breeze provided a lot of supply items. Specifically laundry, hand, and dish soap. As well as dish towels, chip clips, etc. This was much better than other places we have stayed.

We got everything we needed - with extremely responsive hosts!

This rental had everything we needed for a week long vacation for two! Plenty of towels (bath and beach) were provided, laundry detergent, dish soap, adequate kitchen utensils... we truly were not left wanting for anything! They even had several beach chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, beach toys for kids, and a cooler that they made available for use. The location could not have been more perfect. The host was extremely responsive and always answered within 10-15 minutes max. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and I would absolutely book here again!

The condo was comfortable. We went to Holmes Beach every day. We did track a lot of sand in. I wish there was a broom and a dust pan for clean ups. The vacuum cleaner provided didn’t do the job.

A Fantastic Location!

Could not ask for a better location — literally around the corner from the beach, Publix and CVS and very quiet. Hosts/management staff were very attentive prior to and during our stay. Loved the beach chairs and wagon.

It was a perfect experience!

We (2 adults and 2 kids and one infant) spend 10 days at the Island Retreat apartment for Christmas. It was a perfect experience! Close walking distance to the beach and to the only one supermarket of the island, super convenient! The location was very clean and the check-in process very easy. The street was quiet and so our kids could sleep with no difficulties. Easy parking in front of the property. Anna Maria Island is a great getaway! We will come back next year :-)

It was heavenly.

Location is a block from the beach and Publix. Property is beautiful! Our stay was perfect 10! Everything was close- even bike rentals! Easy bike ride to bean point and easy ride to coquina! Trolley stop 1 house away! Definitely the place to be for convenience! Beach cafe for breakfast or sunset with nightly entertainment is an easy block walk! It was heavenly.

Property was fabulous! The location to everything was PERFECT! - a block off the beach- for swimming and sunset! Convenient to shopping! Trolley is across the street! It was just as the pictures show!! Can't wait to come back again!

Smelt like cigarette

Worst building , literally, on the entire island and upon entry smelt of cigarette smoke. MANAGEMENT NEVER CONTACTED US EVER DESPITE SENDING REQUESTS! You could tell is was not loved or lived in by owners, just a money making machine. No side tables to lounge, two wine glasses. 4 mismatched knives and no butter knives, COFFEE MACHINE WAS FILTHY DIRTY FROM PREVIOUS RENTAL, one Bedside table, laundry was dangerous with exposed cables everywhere. Very small Mismatched bath towels, almost for children only. Weirdly enough we were greeted by a miniature bucket and spade to play at the beach with I assume which is funny considering it’s only able to sleep two adults! Busy road and hard to enter and exit, beach nearby was packed and has a lot of day visitors from out of town due to it being a public beach. Could not use balcony due to it being very very dirty and clearly never cleaned as well as old tired furniture and even if you wanted to sit there, and we tried, the air conditioning units are noisy and directly underneath blowing even hotter air up to the balcony where you are sitting. There is carport but no garage and any beach gear you may bring yourself will be visible and insecure to the busy street.

Very nice, clean and quiet vacation rental!

Very nice, clean and quiet vacation rental. Perfect size for two adults and two children. The location is perfect, it's just a few blocks from the grocery store and minutes from the beach. They provide beach chairs and beach towels which is a plus. I highly recommend renting a golf cart (make sure you rent a month ahead of time).
