    El 4-Plex Apartment "B" (primer piso, unidad final) está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Bradenton Beach, en el extremo sur de la isla de Anna Maria mejor calificada.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect (the beach is right across the street and was never very busy, and we were within an easy walk of tons of stores and restaurants!) The unit had everything you could possibly want for a beach trip and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Host was very responsive to questions and provided ample information. The location could not be beat, being directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here for your beach trip & will most likely return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We love Anna Maria Island and this unit was a perfect location for the two of us. It’s walking distance to Bridge Street Pier and several other restaurants. Mike was very easy to communicate with and left great information in the unit. We will definitely book again!

We loved our stay this summer! We were minutes away from Bridge Street and across the street from The Beach House and gulf. Our bed was comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for meals and the cleanliness was noticed from the start! We loved using the wagon and chairs for our beach time:) We look forward to returning some day!

This is an excellent location for a couple who likes to hit the beach, go to restaurants and shop. A five minute walk to food and shopping. Right across the street from the beach.

Everything was perfect! Check in was easy and great communication with the host. The apartment is adorable and the courtyard with the hammock was so cute. Great location and great price! We appreciated the beach chairs!!

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a very good location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, one thing that I did not find acceptable was the $1,500 security deposit. I was told that the deposit could take up to two weeks to be returned, and I am still waiting for the money to be credited back to my account. I understand that security deposits may take some time to process, but holding $1,500 for two weeks after the stay, especially when there were no damages or issues, does not seem reasonable to me. I don’t think it is appropriate to hold such a significant amount of a guest’s money for that long. Other than the deposit issue, we had a good experience with the property.

Great location on the island and awesome accommodations! Perfect for a long weekend getaway with friends. Easy beach access, walking distance to many restaurants and shops and a short distance from the trolley stop.

Awesome time!

Just steps from beautiful Bradenton Beach, this place was exactly what we wanted…place was clean and comfy and about 300 yards from iconic bridge street…Will definitely be returning soon
