The home is gorgeous, and the hosts, Kristian and Natalie, are excellent. We had a small problem and the hosts immediately worked to get it fixed. This is a fantastic home away from home!

Excellent hosts and wonderful property!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a quiet neighborhood near downtown Sarasota so the best of two worlds! The pool and hot tub made staying at "home" an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Excellent place for family

Stayed for two weeks with my wife, grandson, son and daughter-in-law. Had a great time communication with owners was great. Thanks Rob from Freeport Illinois.

Excellent property and wonderful owners

This is our second time staying at this Vrbo, and we love this listing. The amenities are excellent and kept in great shape; the location, though not next to the beach, is within a short driving distance to the downtown and to the various keys, and the owners are helpful and responsive. There were six people in our family, and everyone had plenty of room, both the common area and in the bedrooms.

Great Stay!

House and pool were clean. Owners very helpful and responsive. Location was very good — perfect for us going to Ed Smith stadium to see our Orioles.

Beyond expectations! Super happy!

From the affordable price to the amazing accommodations and attentiveness of the owner we couldnt say enough nice things about our experience at this property! It's got a great location to all local attractions, very clean and well maintained, as well as AMAZING backyard pool and patio. If we ever make it back to Sarasota we will DEFINITELY book this same property in a heartbeat. No need to look at any others :-)

It was great

We enjoyed it thoroughly. The pool was a little cold. Don’t know if the heat was working and we noticed a little dog hair on the floor but otherwise that it was great.

PERFECT

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool is so refreshing. Neighborhood is quite. Arlington Park is only a few blocks away and a great place for walks. Downtown in less than 10 minutes. St. Armand's, Lido Key, Selby Gardens, The Ringling Museum, and Siesta Key are all close by. Definitely a great place for your Sarasota visit.

Excellent property

Beautiful grounds, excellent kitchen & pool, two separate areas to spread out on couches. We used the pool and hot tub several times, made several large meals, and had no bugs or critters. This home was located in a safe neighbor, but not much to walk to, so a car is needed. We normally stay in Gulfport, but this home was located near many activities and parks. Communication was excellent. Very lovely home.

Amazing Value!

My wife and I were traveling to Sarasota to visit my 92 year old father who recently moved from his home into assisted living. Since we could no longer stay with him at his home, we searched for a property which would serve as our home away from home. This home was absolutely perfect! Great neighborhood, and very convenient to stores and restaurants! The home is very clean and spacious and the inground pool was unbelievable! We brought my Dad over to spend his day with us at the home and it was wonderful! We would definitely recommend this property and will most assuredly be staying here again in the future! Many thanks to the owners who were very helpful!

Great Stay

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this property! Everything is very close by less than a 5-10min drive. The master bed is very comfortable and I slept great the entire visit. The furniture is very comfortable as well, which is something that I always look for when renting a property. I truly enjoyed having the pool in the backyard, along with it being fully screened keeping all of natures creatures out! The pool was always clean and very refreshing. Kristian and Natalie were both great to work with, if I needed anything they immediately took care of it. Just great people, very accommodating and very helpful!! I highly recommend this property, I think you would enjoy it too!! JD

Great Stay in Sarasota

Our stay at Kristian and Natalie’s property was wonderful. They provide a beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained property that is convenient to just about everything. If you are inclined to stay at home, it is a wonderful place to chill, by the beautiful pool area, in the hot tub, or in the sunny comfortable family room. If you are there for beaches and restaurants, this is a great location. The kitchen was the best equipped we have yet encountered, and we like to cook. Linens and towels are abundant, and mid-way through our stay the owners sent in a cleaning crew to replace all the linens and scour the house. Kristian was very responsive to any question we asked though he is not local. He has a very good team supporting him in maintaining the quality of the property. We would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it without reservation.

The request to put down a CC deposit seemed out of the ordinary with a VRBO rental or a stay at other rentals ( had never encountered this before ). The shower curtain had mildew at the bottom of it prompting the 4 stars for cleanliness. The neighborhood had a mixture of nice houses and some pretty rundown sketchy ones like most neighborhoods. 2626 Prospect was a very nice house with a great outdoor pool area - we spent a lot of our time out there. The pool fence for our toddler’s safety was very appreciated by us. Overall a very awesome week

Communication with Kristian was poor, and he was condescending and rude.He violated our privacy by recording us on a camera that we weren’t made aware of. When we got to the house I went to the pool and changed into my bathing suit in what we thought was a private back yard. When I noticed the camera, I felt so upset and violated, but we decided not to address the issue with Kristian, because we did not want confrontation, and to disrupt our vacation, so my husband covered the camera with a hand towel only while we were in the pool area. As we were getting ready to go out Kristian called my husband and said “I’m looking at the camera, did you disconnect it?”. My husband explained to him that we covered the camera because I felt violated, and Kristian rudely informed us he was going to cancel our reservation and hung up on my husband. We immediately called VRBO and they told us that our reservation was not canceled. We went to dinner and when we got back the code to the door was changed and we could not get in. We then spent 2 hours on the phone with VRBO to make arrangements to get our belongings.Kristian has since updated the listening with mention of the camera, but I took screenshots and it wasn’t listed anywhere in the description or list of rules you have to sign before entering the house. As disruptive and creepy as this was, VRBO was very accommodating and paid for a beautiful hotel, and they, not Kristian, refunded us the full price of the house.

I guess we are the first to end the 5 star trend of this property.... Well nothing lasts forever. Do not be deceived by the pics. We were so disappointed. PLEASE be very careful with the homeowners. Once you book and pay for your entire stay on VRBO ( which they only use as an advertising platform) they then send you a rental agreement contract separately to your private email with manyrules a bit over the top.If you cant provide. Only one working TV In the back of house. If you so much as sit on their pool sofa with sunscreen they WILL charge your credit card!THIS IS A definite NO if you have kids. We do not have children and we were on edgebecause of this. Before arrival I questioned the owner Kristian, on why they have security cameras in the pool area. I did not feel comfortable with that.His arrogant response was "I'm an executive , you think I have time to watch you "I had a bad feeling about him from that point. If you want to sunbathe topless or skinny dip with your partner rethink that. We were concerned that there may be hidden cameras inside the property as well. As there were3noticeable cameras on the property.Next,the day we arrived Natalie texted me saying the washing machine is not working and they will give us 100 credit.NEVER GOT I!.They control AC and house runs very warm. We thought it was broken as the the filter needed to be changed.Kristian threatened to charge us ifhe had to send a repair person over.They seem nice in the beginning,but not the case

Wow! We were impressed with this home. It was clean, had comfortable bed, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Also, the pool was fantastic. We’re hoping to come back to stay some other time.
