The kitchen was equipped with equipment (crock pot, lol) but nothing needed to cook. Not even salt or oil!There were no plastic/kid dishes and no Tupperware so no ability to store food.Know that the mgmt providers 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods, only for your entire stay. Which was annoying for trying to just relax and need to go buy basic kitchen items and TP. The WiFi did not work at all the entire trip. The mgmt provided a hot spot they had to “add data” to every day or two or else everything went dark. They also delivered the hot spot but left it to us to connect it to each of the four smart TVs. The house and location are amazing, it was a good set up for us layout, pool, proximity to beach wise but basic essentials (include 1-2 toys even- not even for the pool) were lacking for our family with younger kids. If you plan to eat out all your meals and have zero down time at home (no need for tv, games etc) 10/10 would recommend

Where do I start. The house was exactly as described. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool/spa was perfect when you wanted to relax. The location was superb. The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything. The beach was a short walk away. The owner’s made sure we had plenty of beach towels, chairs, and a wagon to easily transport these items. We also enjoyed some early morning bike rides. The owner’s provided four bikes to explore the area. We spent a lovely afternoon at St. Armand’s Circle. It can best be described as an outdoor mall with unique and high end retail. The restaurant choices were plentiful. All in all, I wouldn’t think twice about staying at Stone’s Throw. If I could give this vacation home/getaway ten stars I would. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

We booked this property at the last minute, and it turned out to be an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable—just a two-minute walk to stunning Lido Beach and about ten minutes on foot to vibrant St. Armands Circle, filled with great restaurants and shops.The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell the hosts take great pride in their property—they were attentive, responsive, and made sure our visit was smooth from start to finish.We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and perfectly located getaway on Lido Key!

Great house near the beach

This place was great for our family. About a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very spacious and the pool was a great bonus for the kids. Would stay here again!

Location! Location! Location!

We had the absolute best time at this gem of a beach house while visiting St. Armand’s. Anything that you could possibly want to do in the area was right at your fingertips and a short stroll away! The pool, spa and ping-pong table were so nice to come back to after the beach or dinner out on the circle! It was great for our small family of four spring break trip! Highly recommend!

Family vacation Lido Beach

The home was wonderful for our group. Master suite was lovely. Other bedrooms were great for the adult children and grandchild. Construction noise next door was a little loud at times but not in control of home owners. I understand the door alarm is required, but that was annoying after the granddaughter was in bed. Very loud. In a previous stay in Florida, the alarm was a chime and did not escalate as the door remained open. But perhaps city ordinance requires a loud annoying alarm. Location was fabulous. Close to beach and St. Armand's Circle. The wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys were essential for the beach visits. Fabulous stay. Thank you.

Delightful property

The house was excellent in almost all respects. It was clean, comfortable, well decorated, well equipped and very well located. Our only issue was that the dishwasher didn't get the dishes as clean as we would have liked.

cozy cottage near the beach

I loved my stay at Stone's Throw. The cottage is absolutely cute and cozy. Loved the pool, regardless of the mosquitos. Super close to the beach and gorgeous neighborhood.

Good vacation

very nice and cozy house. In reality, everything is as in the photo in the ad. Near the ocean. it was convenient to go with children, and there were 6 of them from 12 years to 9 months. The only thing that needs to be worked on is that the bed in the master bedroom does not creak, and the dryer only works on one program. Everything else is great!

Great beach house!

We loved our stay at this property! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, my family got so much use out of it! The location is perfect, just a couple blocks away from shopping, dining and beaches. The house was great for our family of five to have plenty of room for the week and was well stocked. Thank you so much!

Fabulous house!

You can’t find a better location than this! The decor is very cute and the the pool/hot tub are beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My only complaint is that there isn’t a comfortable outdoor space. On a pretty day, I would find myself often reading on the living room couch rather than poolside where I’d rather be if not for the hard lounge chairs.

Beautiful place! Comfortable for our family of 5. Convenient, clean, perfect place for a get away. We loved the beautiful tree in the back - so cool to sit back there together in the mornings!

Perfection!

All around perfection! Perfect location, size, and amenities. Close to the beach and St. Armands Circle. Everything you could need for beach gear. Great communication from LKV. The welcome kit was packed with necessities until we got settled! We loved our stay and would love to stay again in the future.
