Nestled in the historical Cocoanut district, not only are you within a mile of downtown Sarasota, but central to the airport, nightlife, awesome food experiences, beaches, museum and more! Hop on the free Bay Runner Trolly in downtown (7 days a week) and ride to St. Armands and Lido Key beaches! You can also rent electric scooters and bikes to get around.

The master bedroom awaits you with a Sealy pillow top mattress and quality linens. The room is tastefully decorated and has a spacious layout.

The secondary bedroom with a queen bed is inviting and comfortable, just a few steps to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower with a rainfall luxury shower.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook up an amazing meal and feel at home. Including a blender and coffee maker. Also included is coffee, powder creamer and an assortment of sweetener.
Eat at the dining table or relax on the large couch watching TV on the massive 65-inch Smart TV.

At the end of the day, you can go outside and relax in the shared courtyard space, have a BBQ, and sit around the outdoor table and chairs, you can even light the fire pit on the cooler evenings. The space is fully fenced to offer privacy and quietness.

There are two faux grassy areas at each end of the courtyard for your furry family members, as well as the Canini Club Dog Park about 1 mile away.

One block west, check out the incredible redeveloped Bay Park. Where 14 acres of revitalized greenspace, a larger-than-life Ibis playground, Common Ground lawns, the Mangrove Bayou Walkway, an outdoor Reading Room, an ADA-accessible paddle launch, restored and preserved mangroves and shorelines, with spectacular sunset views. More exciting developments are in the near future and a MUST visit place.

The hallway located outside the side door is minimally used by management to access the storage room.

All guests have access to the shared courtyard, firepit/BBQ area, parking spaces, trash and laundry facilities.

Rosemary District is a trendy neighborhood with local cafes and beautiful modern bistros serving elevated American cuisine in stylish surrounds, plus laid-back pubs with live music followed with some amazing food and beverages. You will see neighbors jogging and strolling a scenic path towards the Marina.

Parking is free on site with designated spots for each unit off the street.
Sarasota has recently launched a VEO ride program. You can download the app and locate electric scooters/bikes for first mile/last mile trips.

We provide a starter kit of supplies; to include 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 2 dryer sheets, and 2 dishwasher pods. For long term stays, you would purchase your preference of supplies needed.

Also provided are 2 sets of towels per person with an extra set in each bedroom closet along with an extra set of bed linens. Additional towels or linens are available upon request for a fee.

Beach items can also be checked out. If items go missing or are damaged, a $25 fee will be charged to the responsible party. Please advise of items needed at the time of booking to ensure the items are placed in your suite prior to your arrival.

Cots are available for $25 fee. Please request at booking depending on availability.

Monthly and long-term stay discounts up to 15-40%, depending on season.
For our guests that stay a month or more, we will have management do a two-week check-in and a light cleaning at a discounted rate of $75 or a mutually agreed cleaning service.

We love your furry family members and welcome them. We have a 15lbs. maximum and charge $99 per pet. Please pick up all dog waste. A fee of $50 will be applied for waste left behind. We require pets to be crated when you are not at your unit. If a crate is needed, please advise, and we will provide one in the unit.

The outside premises have 24-hour protection cameras.

Please note that City ordinance prohibits parking of any truck, trailer, tractor trailer, trailer body, mobile home, house trailer, camper trailer, bus or any similar vehicle or equipment on any street within any residential zone between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily.

~For our guests that stay one month or more we ask for a 2 week check in and a light cleaning at a discounted rate of $75 for cleaners that we provide (normally the cleaning fee is $175), or a mutually agreed upon cleaning service.

~Only septic-safe toilet paper can be used and a plumbing service charge by the plumbers will be applied if sanitary products, paper towels, wipes and diapers are disposed of in the toilets.

~We had the property jetted and all lines cleared on 04/05/2023; if a plumber has to be called out to unclogged a unit's pipes it will be at the expense of the guest.

~There is a $500 fine for undisclosed pets (service pets with documentation excluded)

~If the guests do not pick up dog waste there will be a fee of $50 that will be charged.

~Please crate your pets when you are not at your unit. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one in the unit.

~We require valid govt id for each guest at booking.

~If early check-in or late check out is needed, please advise upon booking, as it will need to be scheduled with the cleaners. There is a $50 fee.

~We have a strict nonsmoking policy inside the units.

~Smoking/vaping is restricted to the fire pit/BBQ area.

~There is a $500 fine for smoke inside the unit and a $250 fine for smoking around the shared courtyard if smoking outside the firepit/BBQ area.

~Upon booking please advise if beach items are needed. We will provide, towels, umbrella and chairs. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
