    Este hermoso alquiler de vacaciones de tres dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra en un pequeño trozo de tierra en el extremo sur de la isla Anna Maria en la ciudad de Bradenton Beach. Ubicada en Coquina Moorings, un pequeño complejo de condominios privados, esta unidad final tiene capacidad para seis y ofrece una piscina climatizada, muelles privados y muelle de pesca, y está justo al otro lado de la calle de la hermosa playa del Golfo de México. Con ventanas en cada habitación, disfrutará de las amplias vistas del agua tanto del Golfo como del Canal Intracostero.

    Con una cama King en el dormitorio principal, dos gemelos y un gemelo con nido desplegable en las otras habitaciones, hay espacio suficiente para toda la familia. La cocina totalmente equipada permite disfrutar de una excelente comida al atardecer o en el balcón. De hecho, hay dos amplios balcones separados con controles deslizantes de vidrio. Para entretenimiento interno, hay televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD en la sala de estar y dos dormitorios. We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the beach access or the views of the bay as well as the gulf. The two balconies were great. The beds and the couches were super comfortable. They had extra fans which was awesome. They had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. There was construction going on next door and the walls must be so thick because we couldn’t even hear a thing. The only thing that we would have changed was to have another beach umbrella but that’s not a big deal when they sell them right on the beach. It looks more outdated in the picture than it actually is in person as well which was a nice surprise. We will definitely rent here again!

This condo was better than I imagined . It had everything in the kitchen we could have needed and more to eat some meals in . The air was cool, fridge was cold and having 2 balconies was amazing . It did not have a beach wagon however it is only a few steps across the street to get to the beach so it wasn’t needed . Multiple beach chairs were available in the unit and in good shape. Loved having a washer and dryer to use for towels daily .my husband and daughter fished everyday and caught multiple fish off the back boat docks and do not want to go anywhere else from now on . Perfect location to restaurants and bridge street shops. If I could book now for next year I would . For those who have trouble with stairs , there is no way elevator .

The reviews I read were great but it was even better in person. The location couldn't be anymore perfect with the ocean on one side and the fishing pier and pool on the other. The Lanai's were so relaxing and a big hit with our family. The condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys for the kids to use, and the washer and dryer was nice to have for the week with kids. We loved having a trolley stop right outside when we were in the mood to venture out. The private parking spot was a big bonus too. The pool was clean and the outdoor shower and restrooms were great to have at our convenience. Having 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms between the 6 of us worked very well. I dont usually stay at a place more than once as I like to travel to places I have not been yet, but I would definitely return here. Can't recommend it enough! Thank you!

The property was amazing and the location was perfect. Beach in the morning before it was too hot & pool late in the afternoon. We had the best of both worlds. Weather was great, although a little hot but no rain. We would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Everything was exactly as described & pictured. Was the best location with the beach just across the street and the bay right out the back door. Pool was very nice and everything was very clean. Host replied promptly & rental agency was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location, spacious appartment

Very well appointment 3BR appartment, right on the bay waters and right at the beach (with only the beach road to cross).Kitchen is super complete, beds comfortable and neighbors very friendly.

Perfect week at Anna Maria island.

My wife, daughter and myself spent the week. The condo was in a perfect location. First time on Anna Maria island. Loved it. Our condo was awesome and everyone was so friendly. Really a nice time had by all.

Close to beach and heated pool. Screened porches on front & back: 1 looking west at the Gulf & sunset; 1 looking east to the bay & sunrise. Ample options/tables for group eating indoors and on porches. Comfortable, cozy, attractive, clean rooms. Managers (Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals) attentive and friendly.

Beach & Bay fun location

Great location with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The place could use a little updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. They only stock you with one roll of paper products and soaps, so if you are staying longer than a few days I would stock up before arriving.

Great condo. Best of both worlds fishing in the bay through the back docks and across the street is the beautiful ocean. Condo has everything you need! Perfect place for 6 people comfortably. Loved the screened porch in the back that can be closed in by sliding doors.

The perfect Va-Ca

This lovely condo has it all... Look out one window and you see the beautiful beach, just waiting for you... Look out the sliders in the living room and the bay and your boat is calling. The condo is unbelievably well stocked with dishes, glasses

A great BFF Week at Cortez Beach!

What a wonderful week we had at Bay to Beach! The view of both were so much better then we anticipated. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, there was plenty of space to relax and stretch out. The ONLY thing we had to purchase were beach chairs as the ones that were available for our use were not very comfortable and could have used an upgrade. Definitely would come back again!

Great place in AMI

We’re very pleased with the unit we rented at Coquina Moorings.(Beach to Bay) What great views of Sarasota Bay as well as the Gulf from the both sides of our unit. While the Red Tide was somewhat of a downer the first two days of the week it did get better after the winds changed direction and we were not really bothered much after that. Would rent that unit in A heartbeat aagain. We just loved it!

Perfect location on Anna Maria Island

Location was perfect on southern end of Anna Maria Island about 1 mile from Longboat Key pass. The condo offered water views from both front and back balconies so you can watch both sunrise and sunset. It was equipped well but would have preferred more bath towels and toilet paper but we survived by doing multiple towel washes in the washing machine inside the condo. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Each bedroom had a tv which was great great for the kids. I woukd definately not hesitate to rent this condo for a future vacation.

Great location

Great location in a quiet residential area. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, however there are a few things I'd like to address. We had a major issue with teeny tiny ants. They were there the day we checked in (Saturday) in the master bedroom and bathroom. I purchased ant traps, but that didn't seem to help, so I called the after hours number and someone came out right away, but that was all that happened. No one ever came out to spray and so we were left to squish ants all week. By the end of the week they were literally everywhere and some even hitchhiked home with us. The beds leave a lot to be desired and make sure you bring your own pillow as the ones there are pancake thin. Also, if you plan on cooking you may want to bring your own large frying pan - the one there is useless (the center is popped up so everything runs to the sides if that makes sense) and also baking sheets - we couldn't locate any. I know it sounds like a lot of negatives, but really the good out weighed the bad and I would stay here again. The water pressure was fantastic (which is a big deal for me having thick hair), we always had enough hot water, it was just a few short steps to the beach, there were 4 beach chairs, it was quiet, the beach access was across the street, there's a parking garage under the condo so your vehicle is not sitting in direct sunlight, and other than the ant issue, the condo was clean overall. (One other thing to mention, there is only stair access to the condo, so if you have issues with stairs this condo probably isn't for you.)

First Gulf Side Vaca !

It was everything we had imagined . The amazing gulf sunsets were stunning ! No problems crossing the street , everyone is so polite to let u cross ! We are already planning next years trip.
