Unfortunately, this was the worst rental experience I’ve had. The carpets felt dusty, the pool was full of leaves and not inviting, and the sink and shower had drainage issues during our stay. The washing machine was also not working properly. After checkout, we were charged for towels with makeup stains (which is normal use) and were falsely accused of damaging bedding. The items were used, not destroyed. This felt unfair and unprofessional. Very disappointing overall experience. I would not stay here again. The host was excellent, very responsive. The house was nice, clean and as expected. The only issues were the washing machine was out of order and the pool was not clean. The pool maintenance guy was supposed to come on Tuesday but did not come (or if he did, he didn't clean the leaves).

The home was less than satisfying, but the yard was highly disappointing and had unsafe lighting/electrical. We left early, after one night. The unheated pool had a garden hose going into it set on a two hour timer, so the water will never get warm enough to swim in. There was dog poop all over the backyard. All of the furniture inside and out was dirty and terribly uncomfortable. Overall it was just disappointing and the pictures on VRBO did not represent it well. The girl that answered our messages was timely, but she had no authority and just kept telling us “she’d give our concerns to the team or management”. We should have checked out today and still didn’t hear back from them with any resolution. We have no idea how this is reviewed at a 9.8. Awful VRBO, also VRBO was zero help.
Trash left, right by patio- stunk!
All patio furniture was dirty and torn and the cheapest Amazon furniture to begin with.
Exterior electrical boxes cracked open exposing wires.
Backyard had many many piles of dog poop in it.

We had a quick stay overnight. There were minor things that may have been more of an issue if we were staying multiple days particularly around cleanliness, limited coverage on the sliding glass door and security/secure options. However, it was a great neighborhood and easy access to everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Pool Bungalow. The bungalow had everything we needed, especially the cool, relaxing pool! It was in the perfect, central location in Sarasota. Close to everything like Nathan Benderson park and the beaches…the two, important things we came for. In addition, the contact and communication with the property managers was top notch! They were accommodating, friendly, quick and professional! We look forward to booking this bungalow again!

We only stayed One night, the Coastal Pool Bungalow was very Cute and Very Clean. Close to the beach. Would stay there again. Communication with the host was easy and always resounded in a timely manor.

Clean with opportunities

The house is clean and minimalist.The pool is not maintained and unusable. The plants throughout are mostly dead. The mattresses, sheets and towels have stains. The 2nd bathroom and front bedroom need adequate outlets. The ceiling fan remotes need to be on different channels.Overall our stay was fine, but there are definitely opportunities with this property.

Family vacation

The house was so clean. There actually was a washer and dryer, when it wasn’t listed in the amenities. All the rooms were nice, and the beds were so soft! It was a good family experience, for our last few days of vacation. We will stay here again. Child 1 review:The pool was amazing and we loved it. All TV’s had apps and We will come back again!

O’s Spring Training Visit

Perfect Stay!

5 Stars - Perfect Stay!We had an amazing time at this property! The house was spotless and located in a fantastic area, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. The backyard is truly an oasis with a large footprint—plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property

Great little property for our group. Close to Nathan Benderson (for our crew races) and just as close to Siesta Key and its beautiful beaches and fun tiki bars. The house was clean, had everything we need and the pool was most welcome in the Florida heat. Hannah was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back!
