This is our 2nd time at this property and it felt like ahomecoming. We enjoyed our time. It is private, quiet and close to everything we need.If I had any issues, I always have a problem with the lockbox. It's hard to open.

We had the best family trip at this Anna Maria Island rental! The house was far more spacious than I imagined, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Honestly, it was even better than the photos online. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. I would absolutely book this home again for our next trip!

Wonderful

This is our third time at this property. It’s a beautiful house with great location. We walked to town and beach. Most of time we took golf cart to beaches just north of Main Street, but the walk isn’t far either. Small house but plenty of room for our family of four. Everything is beautiful inside and pool is good size.

Enjoyable Spring getaway

The home was perfect for 2 couples and everything we needed was immaculate. The pool was the perfect temperature and was wonderful for a relaxing afternoon when the beach was crowded and the water too cold to enjoy. Great location for riding our bikes to nearby restaurants as well as the beach and the bay for early morning sunrises and evening sunsets. We greatly appreciated an early text letting us know the home was ready a few hours early but unfortunately couldn’t take advantage of that due to heavy traffic. Our favorite place to eat was The Porch with The Ugly Grouper a close second. We loved everything about the home and it its location and highly recommend to any small group heading to Anna Maria Island.

Great Find

We loved our stay here. The house is so clean and well decorated. The pool was the best - large, clean, warm and private. The location was also perfect. Just off Pine Ave. and a short walk to the beach and restaurants in either direction. We highly recommend this property!

Paradise

The location on Spring Street in Anna Maria was perfect. On one end of the street the City Pier on the bay and at the other west end of the street was the beautiful, white sandy beach on the gulf of Mexico. The cottage was beautiful, clean and so cute. The pool was amazing with just enough shade from noontime on to enjoy a break from the sun. Highly recommend this location.

Great rental

My daughter and I stayed for a week at this rental and it was just perfect! Loved having our own private pool and we rented a golf cart to go to and from the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The process of checking in and checking out was streamline. Definitely recommend this rental for your Anna Maria vacation!

Dream stay!

We loved our cottage on Anna Maria Island! It was even better in person than the online listing! The location could not be beat and the pool was a welcome refresher after a long day at the beach. I am already looking forward to another booking and hope to stay at this exact place again!

Luxurious Retreat: An Unforgettable Blend of Comfort and Serenity

From the moment we stepped into this beautifully decorated home, we were in love. Every room is tastefully decorated with high-end finishes and attention to detail. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the location is ideal: far enough from the beach to avoid the usual traffic noise, yet close enough that the walk to the shore is easy and enjoyable. The backyard area is a lush, tranquil oasis, offering a private retreat where we could unwind after a day of exploring. A variety of dining options and a well-stocked general store are all within walking distance. Overall, this was easily the nicest VRBO property we've ever had the pleasure to call home for a week. We highly recommend this beachside gem to anyone looking for a high-end, relaxing retreat.

Wonderful property in a beautiful place!

A really lovely home in an unbeatable location! The property management company needed to access the property a few times during one day of our stay, but were incredibly communicative and respectful. We would absolutely recommend this home!

Good House but read before staying

First, Anna Maria life property and rental company is by far the best to rent through while on the island. Anytime we would call they would answer on the second ring and they were accommodating to anything we needed and fixed it ASAP. The initial walk-through of the house was spotless. It was so clean. It felt like you could eat off the floor. The pool was beautiful and warm. It came with many floats and fun pool accessories. It’s walking distance to all the shops and local restaurants. They also gave us laundry pods and dishwasher pods to get the week started while also accommodating us with little travel, size, bottles of shampoo, etc. We did find some issues though throughout the week. The first one being this house is advertised as a six person home but there are only two beach chairs so I hope the other four people like to stand at the beach or you’re willing to drop $200 for beach chairs. We called the rental company they told us it’s only one beach chair per bed room in the house and also it did not come with a cooler to take to the beach. Also the washer did have a moldy smell but we called the rental company and they did order a new rubber part, so hopefully it should be fixed for a upcoming family. Ultimately after staying on the island 5+ times this is by far the best house we have stayed at the location, cleanliness, and quality of the house has been the best out of all of our years staying. We highly recommend renting this house!

Beautiful, Quiet, and Centrally Located Home

Had a great stay in AMI. The house was beautiful, just like pics suggest. The pool was tremendous and used daily by our 11 yr old. The backyard is a mini-oasis. The screened porch is a great area to relax in am or late pm. House was very roomy and comfortable. It is centrally located and very easy to get to all of the Main Street shops and restaurants, yet very quiet and private feeling. Only 2 concerns, which were both minor. The internet was spotty and we tried to fix with no luck. Once we contacted the agency they were very proactive and finally just replaced the router which solved the problem. They were friendly and helpful. The second was that some of the basics seemed a bit sparse. No aluminum foil/cellophane or salt/pepper and only one trash bag for a week stay. Not many items for beach use. Those are primarily FYI's ... the main takeaway is that this is a great property and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home!

My husband and I honeymooned on Anna Maria Island and we were more than pleased with this house! The pool and outdoor area are better than the pictures can give credit! The waterfall shower in the bathroom was another favorite. There are tons of sitting areas and a cute breakfast nook on the front screened in porch. Neighbors were very friendly, convenient walk or golf cart drive to many things on the island. We will definitely be coming back!
