This unit was okay. We enjoyed the location (close to downtown Pine St.) very much and for the first year we were on a canal which my husband really liked!! The unit inside was clean. There is an ant issue in the kitchen by the sink. Our second to last day we had a bunch of ants by the sink. I am always careful not to leave food out.The showers in both bathrooms need to be updated. The backyard picture shown is somewhat accurate - what it does not show, however, is all the leaves and debris from the trees etc. The screened in porch is nice - we played cards etc up there. But the screens are VERY dirty. Again all the leaves, debris from the trees etc probably make it hard to keep those clean. I don't think I would probably stay here again.

The house itself was very nice, clean and good location. However, very lacking in amenities for the cost of the rental. eg. only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, no garbage bags at all, no soap, shampoo, no tissues, etc. Sometimes its the little things that make a rental and they were definitely not included. We did have to call maintenance because we could not get any of the TV's to work and they came and fixed the one in the bedroom and then we couldn't get the one in the living room to work at all. The shower head in the one bedroom was clogged also and they did come and fix that after the first day. The home was decorated nicely and would have probably given it 5 stars if they just would have put a little effort into those "little" things. We went out and purchased everything we needed but I feel like those things should be included.

Our host was wonderful at communicating and answered all questions we had throughout our stay. This home is beautiful and a prime location! The pool was wonderful and our daughter learned to swim during our stay. Thank you and we can’t wait to visit again!

We had a fabulous stay in Anna Maria Island! The house was beautiful, clean, the beds were comfortable. We had so much fun using the pool and hot tub. Great location and close to beaches and restaurants. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

we did enjoy our stay- great location- there were a few things we did want to point out for future stays: the master bedroom and pull out mattresses where not comfortable at all and the TVS in both bedrooms were not working even after going through the directions provided. we did have an ant problem but there was ant spray we killed them 2 times.

This was our first trip to Ana Maria Island and certainly will not be our last. The house was beautiful, well appointed and clearly recently renovated. It was great to have the pool to come home to after spending the day at the beach and the water was quite warm and we use the hot tub quite frequently. The location was perfect. You could walk to where you wanted to go. We will definitely rent this house again!

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. House was clean and tidy with every amenity you may need. Only draw back was no bathroom on first floor, clothes washer was not balanced, and fan remote battery was dead down stairs in box. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Great Spot

The location of this property is great, just enough tucked away from the crowds but close to restaurants, beach, and pier. Located on the lagoon, the backyard was quiet and private. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and sheets. Our only complaint is there were no kayaks offered like in the pictures and listing. We specifically picked a house on the lagoon with kayaks so that our kids could paddle. When we arrived, we found there were no kayaks so that was disappointing. Overall, we would stay there again. It was a great spot for a family of four!

Great little place

Was just like it looked in the pictures. Spotlessly clean, good amenities and great location walking distance to everything on AMI. Quiet private and beautiful backyard, the saltwater pool and hot tub were clean and perfectly treated. Recommend renting kayak or SUP from Beach Bums and exploring the canal, saw loads of wildlife.

Weekend Getaway

This property was beautiful, inviting, relaxing and smartly designed. The split plan with both bedrooms having a king bed, en suite bathroom AND access to the balcony deck worked perfectly for two adult couples. I’m a little bit sad to be back home!
