4.5 rating - great condo for our needs. Beautiful Gulf view - sunsets every night! Condo was stocked well. Our 1/2 star is bc condo was clean but dusty. Bedding and pillows need to be replaced. Cleaning products would be helpful such as Windex, bathroom cleaner, and counter top plus a broom/pan. We stayed a week and mid-week would like to spruce up and keep things clean and tidy. Overall, our stay was wonderful and location in Longboat was great. Restaurants were in walking distance plus park was beautiful with trails. Beach and view was amazing. Pool was small but suitable and heated. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Neighbors were respectful and friendly. We also grilled dinner! We had a lovely stay!!

Perfect Beach Location

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It was exactly as pictured. We especially enjoyed the screened patio and the view the beach. There was a nice sandy walkway out to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We also enjoyed the pool.

A little piece of paradise

What a view and right on the beach. We came down for a short getaway and it was hard to leave. This unit has the best view and it’s like you are literally on the beach. The unit was newly furnished. The beach was peaceful and quiet. The area was nice and non commercialized. It made me want to become a snow bird and spend my entire winter at the beach.

Quite and relaxing

The place was clean and had everything, it worked well for our family. View of the beach and water from living area and porch. Perfect location to get away, Long Boat is very quite and away from the busy beaches.

Great location

The location of this condo is great. The amenities that it offers is wonderful especially the washer and dryer. The private beach over the holiday weekend was a major plus. The condo has been updated, but the setup of the master bedroom should be reconfigured. When you enter the room, the door hits the nightstand. The lamps were not plugged in as the outlet is located directly behind the bed in the middle. My daughter was able to get one plugged in. There is a huge armoire that limits the walkway to the other side of the bed. We had to inch the tv closer to the edge on top of the armoire so we could get it plugged in. The other bedroom with the 2 twin beds was very spacious as was the living room/kitchen area. Overall, great condo and location.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay so much that we tried to add an additional night. We loved the balcony with such a gorgeous view and screened porch. Having a washer and dryer was a plus and the furnishings were so lovely. Would definitely return!

Great location!

This is exactly what I expected. It was clean and just a few step onto the beach. I could get up in am and take walks and didn’t have to wait for anyone. It had plenty of extra towels, pillows, linens. Spacious living room and comfortable furniture. Nice size kitchen. It was Apx 15 from downtown St Armands Circle. And there were places to eat close by. Only thing Is they have some construction going on next door. It didn’t really effect us much. They started around 8 am but not sure how it will effect others down the road. Great place. Had queen bed and 2 single beds - 2 bath and washer n dryer. Great view!!

Perfect location and great RVA service

Updated, very clean and closest condo to the beach. RVA was very responsive when called. Highly recommend. Condo had beach towels, boogie boards to use and lounge chairs were on the beach already!

Perfect stay, gorgeous location!

We were on Longboat for my nephews wedding and I am so glad I chose this condo! It was clean, well kept, with an updated kitchen and the location cannot be beat. My son and I even extended our stay for two extra days and RVA was incredible to work with. We will definitely be returning to #2 at The Cabana Beach Club!

Toes in the sand

This is the second time we have stayed in this building, different unit. My husband and I just loved this property. All you have to do is go down the stairs and your toes are in the sand. Gorgeous sunsets, and so quiet. It is our favorite, and we will be back!
