We stayed at this house in December. Check in was super easy and communication was too. We had two significant issues that were extremely disappointing given the house was marketed as a brand new home. (1) third floor air conditioning did not work and despite sending repair people multiple times and the weather being in the 80s and (2) having an ant infestation in the master bathroom. The ant issue was handled by an exterminator but it took about 3 days for the ants to completely go away. Yes, the rental agency offered to move us to another home, but packing and unpacking 6 people again plus extensive groceries as we have family members with celiac and special needs was not how I wanted to spend a day of my vacation. Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties - you need to do better. Brand New Luxury Homes - should not have broken air conditioning that can’t be fixed over 6 days and an ant manifestation. We love the area, but this was an extremely disappointing experience.

Everything was perfect! The pool was warm enough to enjoy even on the days with cool temps, the kitchen had more than enough dishes including plastic cups for the kiddos, more than enough towels, and plenty of parkimg!

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at Seascape in Lido Key! The house was spacious and beautiful. Our favorites included all of the bedrooms with bathrooms, outdoor area (pool with a shaded area), the short walk to the beach with kids, and the large kitchen / living room area. The customer service team and maintenance team were quick to respond when we needed something.

Great property and location

8 bedroom house was great. We never felt crowded. The house was spectacular. Backyard was world class - great pool and hot tub. Block from the beach. Few blocks from St Armands area - all the restaurants and shopping. We would rent this house again. Spectacular property and management company.

Luxury 8 bedroom, 8-1/2 bathrooms, 3-story condo with pool and elevator.

We chose this condo for a Special Family Thanksgiving, because of the heated pool and bedrooms and baths for everyone and an elevator for those that had serious knee and back problems. Although we were assured ahead everything was in working order. It was not the truth. The elevator was not working when we arrived and the pool never worked even when they came out to do repairs the elevator continued to stop off and on. The pool never got warm and the hot tub that ran into the pool barely got warm for a few of us. Door alarms went off and did not work correctly. Master bath had marble floors that were so dangerously slippery that we had to put towels in the shower on the floor so no one fell. Too much was wrong with this rental.

Family vacay

Our family enjoyed everything about our vacation. The toughest decision was going on the short walk to the beach or enjoying the pool and hot tub! Sunsets on the beach or rooftop were beautiful.

Best 2 weeks !

Property is fabulous, from the large pool to all of the extras in the kitchen for cooking in home meals. Beds very comfortable & everyone having their own private bath was a hit. Location to beach and St Armands Circle couldn't have been any better. Hope to visit again!

Stunning home, perfect for our family vacation!

Our stay at this brand-new vacation home on Lido Key was nothing short of extraordinary. With 8 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and a private pool, the property had ample space and a feeling of luxury for our multi-generational family gathering. The rooftop deck provided stunning views, while the impeccably decorated interior and overall cleanliness ensured a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From lazy afternoons by the pool to epic evenings watching the sunset, every moment was filled with relaxation and fun. It was the best place to make memories with the family, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Can’t wait!

Location was ideal

The house itself was extremely well located. We could walk to the beach or to Saint Armands Circle. There were things that went wrong in the house, and we did reach out, but nobody fixed anything. So, we didn’t bother after the first couple times. When we got there, none of the surfaces were cleaned at all. We told them and they said they sent somebody, but nothing looked any different. So we went and bought supplies and cleaned ourselves. That was frustrating. Another really big problem was that the bathroom in the master, had the most slippery tile. You could not walk on that floor in your barefoot feet. Because they didn’t do anything about that either, we laid towels all over the shower and bathroom floors, to be safe. We realized this after my husband fell in the shower the first day, resulting in a sore neck and a bump on his head, but they didn’t do anything. Major issue if you ask me. Then someone came to fix something wrong with the doors, but they made the doors so they didn’t shut right anymore AND they disarmed all of the alarms. All the fans are wired opposites. 6 is low and 1 is high. The sheets were rough, but the blankets were nice. However, on a good note, the house suited the us perfectly. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook a nice meal. The pool and downstairs area were absolutely perfect and private. And ideally located!!!! We made the best of everything and definitely enjoyed our family vacation there.
