Everything was wonderful! My one and only complaint, which isn’t a deal breaker is the sink in the bathroom (bathroom connected to bedroom) was so small. It was hard to wash hands and spit after brushing teeth.

Perfect location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops and Pine Avenue. The space was very clean and the pool area was private and very tropical.

Stay was Great!

House was very well appointed and had all the things we needed in the kitchen to prepare and serve our meals. Comfortable and clean and in an excellent location. Walked to everything! The only time we used our car was to go to Longoat Key or the grocery store. It was also nice to have the pool, even though it was small and water was warm. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back!

The space had some visible hairs in the bathrooms, on the bed sheet and in the common area when we arrived. I did not feel like the space had been cleaned well prior to our arrival. The space could really use a drying rack for towels and beachwear/laundry! The space could also really use some sort of drinking water filtration system or even a counter or fridge filtered water receptacle.

Another amazing rental through SeaBreeze vacations

spent an amazing two weeks at Blue Lagoon - first week was just myself and my husband and the 2nd week had 2 good friends join us in our 2 bedroom unit. House was immaculate, perfect location - easy walk to some great restaurants (Waterfront, Sandbar, misc. spots on Pine Street, etc.). We knew the unit was going to be on the small side but had exactly what we needed and though has a shared pool, our duplex neighbors were wonderful and plenty of room to all spread out around the pool. We each had our own outdoor dining area and grill which we so enjoyed. I absolutely have to give a big shout out to Seabreeeze vacations who manages the property - their communication was excellent, never needed to contact them as house well supplied, everything worked and was immaculate. Would absolutely stay there again!

Wonderful vacation

We loved where we were located as we could walk to the store and/or restaurants plus a 10 minute walk to the beach and ocean! Our duplex fits 3 adults nicely, not any more than that and the pool was heavenly - quiet, serene and clean. The water was crystal clear every day. Perfect for us!!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay here! This was the perfect location to enjoy Anna Maria. A block or two to restaurants and two blocks to the beach, The pool was beautiful and property was great! Loved the convenience of the property being stocked with soap, garbage bags, etc to get started. The unit is not large, but for our girls’ only family trip, we had enough space. Would definitely recommend this property!

Island Stay

Loved the location. Clean and updated condo. This unit allows for 4 people. However the property manager allowed 7 people in the adjoining condo that shares a pool. Disappointing they did nothing about this after bringing it to their attention. Weekend getaway with my wife ahd we had to hear the noise and share a pool with 7 people.

Can’t beat the location

The house itself is quite small, but we weren’t there that much and it was great for 2 people. The listing says it sleeps 6 which, in my opinion, would be way too many people for the space. We didn’t end up using the pool bc the beach was 2 blocks away and fabulous. The pool was heated and the pool area seemed nice. I don’t think I would prioritize having a pool again bc we spent all our time at the beach. The rental provided chairs, wagon, and umbrellas that were definitely functional and nice to have. They weren’t in great repair though as the chairs were rusty and tough to fold up, there was only one umbrella for both units that wasn’t broken, and the wagon’s steering mechanism was broken. That being said, we used them and they worked good enough for us. The coffee maker was broken when we went to use it, but the rental company had a new one in there that same day. We certainly didn’t have perfect expectations going in and overall the place was clean and comfortable and we were happy with it. The location is amazing. We walked to the beach and it took 5 min. We walked to Ginny and Janes, Sandbar, Harry’s, Bortells, and the shops on Pine. You are super close to Waterfront and Rod and Reel as well, we drove to those and both had ample parking in November. You are a bit far from the grocery store if you only have a golf cart, but with a car it was no problem. As an aside, we did have an unpleasant communication with the rental manager before our stay that did put a poor taste in our mouth. Anna Maria is an amazing location to visit. The island has so many great small businesses and local restaurants. The beaches are second to none.

Perfectly convenient location

Blue Lagoon was amazing. Love the location. Very close to many restaurants as well as the beach. Property itself is great with all the conveniences of home as well as having a pool.

Got the job done for us for sure. Appliances all working as they should, gas grill excellent, pool temp very nice. Great water pressure. AC working great and with some near record temp for this time in March. Very convenient location.
