This was our favorite house on AMI yet! Perfect for a family of 4 The house was very clean, up to date and the pool was perfect! The walk to the beach was super quick Anna Maria Life was so helpful, friendly and will absolutely stay with them again!

Cute little beach house super convenient and close to Bean Point, our favorite beach on AMI. We loved everything about it except the spiral staircase was a little frightening especially when wet from the pool. Nice appliances and fridge. AC was nice and cold! Beds comfy too!

Great Spot

Stand outs for this property were location to Bean Point, the back pool area, and all of the amenities provided for the beach!! Beach Carts, Chairs, Canopy, etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Property!

This was our first stay at this property and we LOVED it! It is a gorgeous house. The spacious front porch was a beautiful place for us to hang out. We had two young kids with us (age 5 and 2.5) and they loved the pool and the bunk bed room. Easy walk to the beach, lovely outdoor spaces, comfortable rooms, we hope to be back!!

Stay at Bon AMI

The house is very nice, comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and the property management was very easy to work with, and were quick on a fix to the pool for us. They came to look at pool timer and was corrected within an hour or two.

Fun 2 Weeks

BEST location, quiet neighborhood and a block to the beach. We were happy that we were at the north end of the island and away from the traffic and noise. The house was comfortable and clean. It would be nice to have some countertop cleaner other than the small pkg. of wipes, because we did quite a bit of cooking.

A Perfect Island Week

The location is beyond wonderful-a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous, uncrowded beach. The VRBO has a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and two decks. The pool area is private with plenty of seating. We highly recommend this rental proprerty.

Fall Break 2023

Our stay was amazing! We tried some of the local cuisine. Pizza Social was outstanding!!! The Donut Experiment was great and so tasty. The beach days were great and we had a ball looking for sand dollars and wildlife. We fished on the Rod and Reel Pier! On our drizzly day we rode to Tampa and went to the Aquarium and road the Trolley. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and were in it every chance we got. We cooked most of our meals at the house except a few. We shopped at the local stores and had to try some ice cream from Two Scoops! All in all, it was an absolutely amazing week! The house was perfect. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Lovely stay on the North End!

Bon Ami exceeded our expectations! The pool was warm and beautiful, and shady for a good part of the day, so we were able to really enjoy it with our young daughters without worrying about sunburns … and the front porch is just magical. We had some friendly doves that would come to visit, and with the shady palms it felt like we were somewhere quite exotic (Costa Rica?). The beach access is just down the block, perfect for a nightly trip to watch the sunset or to spend an hour or two swimming in the ocean. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

I've rented properties for >20 years on AMI and prefer to stay on the north end of the island. This home met our expectations perfectly. It's a short block walk to beach access. It's a few hundred steps to watch gorgeous sunrises each morning. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook or bake for a family. There are several comfortable outdoor spaces to relax and a really nice (very clean) grill. The living room area is perfect for relaxing and watching movies at night. The property was very clean, even though Ian had just come through a couple weeks earlier. Had to place one call to management as we discovered a small drip from a pipe. They were super friendly and were there within the hour to fix it. Overall a great value and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
