Cute and clean

Condo is little but all that a couple needs. Good location. But the air conditioner unit makes a constant banging noise. Contacted management about it and they sent someone out to fix that as well as the toilet that would not flush. The toilet was repaired but never the air conditioner. It was nearly impossible to sleep. If the air worked properly I would have rated 5 stars.

Easy walk to the pier for evening music and our favorite restaurant The Waterfront, great place for a couple to enjoy the sun, pool and restaurants on the north end without breaking the bank.

Absolute perfect condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, there were thoughtful items in the condo and on site to help with your stay! It was as clean as clean can get. The bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! I loved how the pool was right in front of our place! I can’t wait to get back and I will try to rent this unit every. Single. Time.

Would have been 5 stars but...

It's quite corporate, so be prepared for inflexibility, none of the electrical outlets worked in the kitchen or bathroom, and there was only 1 full-sized fork. Super clean and great location, though.

Almost perfect

This little place is clean and furnished nicely. Comfy bed and all the furniture you would expect in a place this size and price point. The location is ideal for the North bay side of AMI. However, we have never stayed in a rental (or hotel room) with less basic supplies, thus the one star deduction. Coffee maker with no filter, no hand soap for kitchen, two small garbage bags, absolutely no extras in the kitchen. So if you eat EVERY meal out, this is a great place. Just stop and buy handsoap and body wash because the rental company won’t bring any by.

Paradise on the Bay

I highly recommend this property. This was our second stay at this location. Easily walk throughout the island. Eat at the Rod and Reel Pier, the Porch Restaurant, the Waterfront and Harry’s.

Property was clean, good location. Overall we were pleased. I would recommend the couch be a little bigger so you can relax and watch tv. Couch is very small. Chair not very comfortable either. After a long day would be nice to have a comfortable larger sized sofa to relax watch a movie etc. Also our lights outside by the pool did not work so we could not swim at night. Reported to the property management company as well.

Small but mighty!!

Perfect size for our weekend get away. Close to pier, bay, and beach. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Pool was adequate for Sun bathing and soaking, had the whole place to ourselves.
