Absolutely the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed at. Nice quiet location with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Nice view of the golf course and relaxing pool and spa to enjoy. All the beds were comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

The house was great at the basics such as beds were good, kitchen was very well appointed, house was very clean. Did not go 5 stars because of hidden fees such as 20 a day to heat the pool. I don't believe that was in the description nor was the garage being off limits. One sink was stopped up and shower not working but was fixed as soon as complaint was registered. Fair amount of wear and tear on the place but nothing terrible. We would stay there again all things considered.

We stayed at this house for a family wedding. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The back patio area was the perfect hangout spot and the pool and hot tub were so nice. Jenny was so communicative and made everything seamless and easy. There was more than enough space for everyone. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a big group.

Great Stay!

Overall a great stay, house was clean and well stocked. Pool and hot tub were a fantastic feature. Over looking the golf course very serene in the morning, with the exception of the air traffic. There was a lot of plane noise. Beaches and other experiences 30-45 minute drives.

Great Stay in Sarasota!

Pool was big and we had a great time. Property managers very communicative. Large house with lots of space for 11 of us. Would stay again if we ever come up this way but prefer Cape Coral area.

Home away from Home

We had a blast!! The location was perfect to allow us access to Siesta Key and Anna Maria beach. The home was equipped with everything we possibly needed. The cleanliness was superb! The host was very accessible although I honestly didn’t have any needs, but I knew she was just a text away! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation home for sure!!

Great multigenerational family stay

Jenny and Kenny are amazing with communication. The house is just lovely. We all loved the screened in areas to enjoy the outdoors at any time. The kids had plenty of games to play Close to the airport. Short drive to the beaches.

Great stay and great hosts

Great place! Stayed with family and all ages enjoyed the amenities. Stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. Beautiful view of the golf course. Hosts were very kind. We had questions before and after checkout and they were very thorough. If in the area, I would book again. 10/10 recommend!

Convenient House for Team

We stayed in the house when our lacrosse team was in town to play at IMG and the Premier Sports Complex. The house was very conveniently located between the fields and also not too far from downtown and the beaches. Also nearby grocery store, Wawa and places to eat. Pros: - easy check-in process -Very Clean!!! House and all the kitchen supplies we well cared for and clean. - Well stocked with everything we needed to cook for teen girls after playing lacrosse all day. - perfect set-up with a “teen room” with their own bathroom and, a table so the could do homework. - great layout with a area for the teens and a separate hallway with bedrooms for the parent chaperones - plenty of towels, but also has a washing machine. - the girls loved the pool and they said it was the perfect temp - very responsive host to all our questions! Cons: - even with asking our group, we struggled to find anything wrong with the house - we wanted to stay longer- and wanted a late check-out, but we came on a busy weekend, so it wasn’t possible. Totally not their fault. - the neighborhood is nice and seemed safe but depending on the direction you drive, some of the surrounding areas are a bit rundown. Would book again!

PROS: Happy about the pool. It was so nice and the Hot Tub was great! The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything one needs! Lots of seating. The one concern in the kitchen was, it had a dangerous electrical outlet that was pulling away from the wall! CONS: The first minus was one of two things that really made the stay a, "NEVER RENT" this property again! The bathroom that four people had to use was really BAD! We finally found out how to use it!! The handle had to be pushed upward instead of downward to flush! Very awkward! Also so few towels for 8 people. We ended up buying a few more. The second BIG minus was the pool furniture, tho very nice it had bird droppings and grease stains on the chairs. We were unable to sit on them and enjoy the pool and BBQ! Also the door to BBQ had a broken handle which made it hard to use! Finally, a beautiful house but too many doors unable to use, switches that didn't work, and the beautiful fountain was not working. We feel we left the home in a cleaner condition than when we arrived!
