We did not use the pool due to cold weather but it looked lovely. We did not bring a pet. Our hosts were very easy to work with and we enjoyed their property and would consider staying another time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Anna Maria Island property! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and relaxing.The home was clean and well-maintained. It’s clear the owners take great pride in the property, as every room felt cozy and inviting. The location was great! We were just a short, easy walk to the beach, making it simple to catch the sunset every night without any hassle. The host was fantastic—very supportive and quick to respond to any questions we had. They provided clear instructions and made us feel truly welcome.

Great Family Vacation Spot!!

The condo was in a perfect location and an ideal spot for a quiet and restful vacation with your family. The beach is a short walk and the pool was well maintained and had plenty of chairs for all the guests as well as areas of shade and umbrellas. The condo had plenty of room and stocked with everything you could ever need. The owners have a very efficient process to welcome you to their condo and ensure your stay is everything you want it to be. Will definitely rent from them again. We had a wonderful time!!

Perfect place in Anna Maria Island!

When I say the owners thought of everything, I’m not exaggerating!! This place feels like home when you walk in and is so inviting. Everything you will need is here including beach & pool toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, coolers, fishing gear, pickle ball paddles, etc. Just cause we were unsure of what was there and being partial to our own things we did bring our own chairs, cooler, and beach cart, but it was nice to have extras to use. The kitchen includes everything you will need to make your own meals. There is plenty of linens such as towels, wash cloths, extra pillows, and blankets. The complex itself is also nice. The pool is large and there’s plenty of chairs and tables around it. The pickleball courts and shuffleboard courts are nice. There’s grills and picnic tables planted throughout the grounds. The beach access is right across the street and about a 5-7 minute walk away. The unit is in the back of the complex so it is a little bit further of a walk than if you were in the front, but that just means it’s quieter with no street noise, and the walk is not bad at all, especially since the beach is not just huge like other beaches. You also have a view of the back bay and the pier from the lanai. Mrs. Donna provided excellent communication from the time of booking to the time of our arrival and departure. Anna Maria island is beautiful and quiet! I highly recommend this place if you plan to visit! Thank you Mrs. Donna for everything!!

Great location! Everything you Need.

We stayed Memorial Day week even though the island was crowded the beach across from condo was not bad and could easily find a spot. Beach and trolley access is in front of complex entrance. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay a great girls trip. All beach accessories are there to use with plenty of towels. Condo is within walking distance to Bridge Street, but recommend a car or trolley to get to the north end of the island. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Donna provided excellent recommendations for food and entertainment. We had an issue with one of the toilets and Donna came to fix it the next morning. Could not have asked for a better response. I highly recommend staying at this condo. We will be back again.

WONDERFUL CONDO & OWNER

We had a wonderful time at Donna's condo. I never had to wonder where anything was. She had the entire condo extremely organized. She was very receptive to questions and clear in her responses. The location of the condo is perfect. Having two bedrooms with their own bath is perfect. The separation is enough so that there was privacy for guests. The Gulf is right across the street from Runaway Bay. The decor made you feel like you were in a little beach house. The condo has a large washer and dryer, which made things easy. The restaurants were great and close. I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. We would recommend this unit to anyone. If you decide to rent this unit on AMI, you won't regret it.

Wonderful Property and location!

Beautiful Condo and great location on the Island! Everything needed for a great day at the beach is provided – beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach wagon, water toys and more. The condo has easy and walkable access to a pier overlooking the Bay where we saw beautiful sunrises along with dolphins on a couple of occasions. The beach on the Gulf is a very short walk from the condo and the sunsets are breathtaking. Donna was a wonderful host and was always available for questions.

Wunderschönes Strand-Condo

Wonderful stay at runaway bay

This was our first time staying at Runaway Bay. I was surprised at how quiet the grounds were with the amount of condos. This place is right near the bay which was so convenient to walk to and watch for dolphins. All the beach equipment you could need and felt like “home.” We had a wonderful time!

We had an amazing time!

First timers to AMI and we couldn't have picked a better location to stay for our needs. Communication and ease of booking with Donna were fantastic. She is super responsive to any and all questions and has thought of everything to make life easier at this lovely condo. From the well equipped kitchen with all the spices to all of the beach gear; wagon, cooler, beach towels, toys and umbrellas you could possibly need. This is the perfect place to relax & unwind. Wonderful!

Donna's condo was perfect for our vacation on Anna Maria. It was our first time on the island and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The condo is centrally located, making it easy to get to either end of the island. And if you don't want to drive, you can just hop on the trolley which stops at the entrance to Runaway Bay. Beach access is right across the street. The condo was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the well stocked beach closet that had every supply we needed for the beach. My children also loved going to the pool at the condo complex. Donna is great to work with. She sent us all the necessary information about the condo as well information about the island and what to see and do. For first timers to Anna Maria, it was very helpful. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return!

Perfect for small family

This was our third visit to this Donna's condo at Runaway Bay. The condo is the perfect size for our family of 5, and the location is wonderful with close access to the pool and the beach. Donna is wonderful to work with, and the condo is very clean and beautifully decorated! We will be back again!

Great Condo & Owners!!

Christmas of 2022 and we had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. The owner, Donna has this condo well stocked with all the things you would need for your stay including beach accessories. Donna was also very on top of our reservation and made a point to keep us very informed of all the condo instructions. She also went above and beyond by sending us an email with all the things to do on and around Anna Maria Island as well as their links. We had a great time during our week stay. We enjoyed pool time, shuffleboard and it was an easy walk to the beach. Relaxing!

Great condo, location, amenities, cleanliness! This condo had everything we needed for a great, week stay: blender (ahem, make pina coladas and take them to the beach across the street!), coffee maker, toaster oven, blow dryer, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. We went to the BBQ place next door for numerous meals-YUM! One night, we brought our food out to the dock and ate our dinner there, watching the boats and drawbridge. The pool was very nice and was a nice option at the end of a beach day. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Great Stay

We stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. This property is in a great location and super clean. The condo had everything you need. Donna, the owner, was great to work with.
