It was not amazing but the price was good. Updated some. The pool is great. There is NO landscaping, just weeds in the back that were so high, my little dog got lost in them and got burrs from the weeds in her hair. Hadn't been cut in a long time. I asked that grass/weeds be cut 2nd day.. Was cut the day before we left. Fence is secure for dogs. The outdoor table needed painting. The dining table top was warped. The master bath toilet wouldn't flush correctly - needs to be replaced. Had to call plumber after1st night there, but it just wouldn't flush well after that. We had to stop using it.Appliances, washer, dryer, air conditioning all worked well and it was nice to have a garage. Nicely stocked kitchen.

Great location!! Lido beach is one of our favorite beaches and it’s an easy short drive from the house and restaurants and stores are nearby. Beds were a little too firm for us, but at the end of the day with beach and swimming pool, the family probably could have slept on anything. Dishes have to be rinsed well for that particular dishwasher. No beach towels and no coolers, but we bought a cooler which we left at the house for future tenants. Oh, if the water spicket had just a 5-8 ft hose to rinse off the sand from legs and beach amenities would be nice.

Needs maintenance and updated Lots of things could be said I feel it is just another person slapping paint on something and trying to make money But I guess you get what you pay for Description spot on but pictures out dated Property could be really nice Did get a bit noisy out back because yard backs up to a street that sounded like a drag strip at times Biggest issue was pool and pool area - was very dirty water it may have been clear but you could see sediment in the water and for starters the hot tub was not even on or running took a few days but finally got it working but still dirty Nice 3 bedroom house for private family Now let me mention that Tropical Storm Debby had just came through but weeds and other things do not grow between pool patio bricks cracks overnight Property was just not ready and host should have taken more time to make sure it was

Beach vacation

The house was very clean had everything you needed. The hot tub was the same temp as the pool would have liked it to be hotter. The only issue we had was the dryer had to be turned on several times to dry the clothes. Would have been nice to have more than one tv also but otherwise everything was good.

2 week stay

Property was ready when we arrived and very clean. Somewhat dated but very well equipped; especially the kitchen. Pool was great. Location was very centrally located to area sites (Siesta Key beach within a 10 min ride), shopping, commuting. Good walking area. We found the beach chairs were broken when we arrived. Host had them replaced within 2 days, Thank you Artem. All in all, I can recommend this property for not only adults but families as well

Nothing spectacular!

House was Lacking furniture/relaxing space. Too much open space. Beach chairs are broken. Outdoor landscaping was uninviting. Pool was clean but no outdoor lighting for night swim or outside garage lights. House was well stocked with what you need and clean.

Description as a "luxury villa" may not be quite accurate, it is a basic 3 bedroom, two bathroom pool home. It was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, the pool was lovely. The privacy fence kept the traffic noise along Riverwood Road to a minimum and we were able to park two cars in the garage. Beds were comfortable and overall we were very happy with our stay there.

Stay in South Sarasota

This property is good but lacks any landscaping and yard is weeds. The pool area is nice. Inside is dated but adequate. Great washer and dryer! The location is excellent. 10 min drive to Siesta Key Beach and 15 min to downtown Sarasota and all the cultural sites. Great dog walking area at Red Bug Slough Preserve. I would recommend this property

Really nice!

The property is located on a dead-end street, so lots of privacy, and a tranquil neighborhood. Conveniently located, you have lots of restaurants, grocery stores ... and the Siesta Key Beach a few minutes away without being on the main street. We had an issue with the Microwave and the host got it fixed within an hour. All in all, I definitely recommend this

Overall a decent stay but….

Located in a decent location that allows for access to everything. Issues with hot tub jets but owner addressed quickly. There could be some updates to the home that have been neglected and need repaired. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but definitely keep everything put up. We lost some food that was in containers on the kitchen counters due to mass attack of ants.

Spring break get away

The pool area was great, our kids swam every second we were at the house. The beds were comfy but definitely could use some new pillows. Shower water pressure was great, almost too great. Kitchen and grill were great to use and appreciated. The only drawback we felt was the aesthetics of the landscaping made the property not look great. The lawn and landscaping really needs some love.
