Perfect place for us!Loved the location- quiet dead end street away from the bustle of the commercial areas of Anna Maria and Holmes beach yet walkable plus the free trolley stop at the end of the street Also loved short walk to the beach (although crossing gulf can be a challenge when traffic is heavy). And the beach by the house is less crowded than public access areas. Loved the cleanliness of the house, everything in working order and everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were in excellent working order and the back pack chairs were easy to carry and set up. Also loves the magnetic scrabble set on the wall. Loved the back yard. It was big, high privacy fence, nice heated pool and both sunny and shady areas to sit. Although the house is next to a church parking lot we did not hear any noise while sitting outside other than the traffic on gulf blvd. Didn’t love leaving but we will return next year.

Everything was exactly as we expected! Great location, very short walk to the beach. All the beach supplies you would need. Pool was amazing! House was so nice, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t have been happier! We had groceries delivered from Walmart, but we also enjoyed eating local! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was clean and has a kitchen that anyone would love. The proximity to the beach is amazing and sunsets are gorgeous. The heated pool was refreshing and a wonderful addition to our stay. We loved this property so much we have already booked our stay for next year. The communication with Ramona and Mark was excellent! Property is 20/10!

Wonderful Home

Everything about this vacation home was great. Location was great, the home was clean, and the communication with the host was great. My children especially loved the pool. Would definitely come back to Anna Maria Island and book this home again!

Great first trip to AMI

We decided to visit AMI for 6 nights after doing a similar trip to Cape Coral last year. Totally different experience. The location here is perfect and there is so much to do. We spent time at the beach which is a very reasonable walk, and in all the local towns. Most every afternoon we could be found in the pool, which was the perfect size and a great temp. The house was clean and well equipped (bring your own toiletries though). We loved the giant scrabble board and played every day. The hosts were communicative and easy to work with. We will be back to AMI and would certainly consider staying here again.

The perfect home!

Can’t say enough good things about the property. Location was perfect less than a block to the beach. Backyard is so private and peaceful perfect for morning coffee and afternoons swimming in the pool. The home was very clean. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided so no need to purchase or bring along which was a bonus for us.

Wonderful quiet stay on AMI!

We had a fantastic experience at this location. The property was impeccably clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a great week on the Island. It was just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient. I also appreciated the nearby Trolley stop, which made exploring the island easy. The communication with the owners was excellent, adding to our overall enjoyment. I can't wait to come back to this property again! Highly recommend!

Overall, had a great stay in AMI and Diamond surf. House was well supplied and I liked how everything was labeled. Clothes to beach even for family with small children and enjoyed pool. Also, enjoyed having working gas grill for cookout!

Beautiful Property

We loved out stay at the Diamond Surf. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed . Loved the interior or the rental as well it was very clean and welcoming. The house is a short walk to the beach crossing Golf Ave can be a challenge at time but it never stopped us . The island is beautiful and we were lucky to have lucked out with this property. Thank you again to the hosts who were accommodating and always so quick to respond!! We hope to return !!

Home away from home

We immediately felt at home. This house was perfect for my husband and I. The house had everything we needed and was really clean. The pool area is wonderful for a day of relaxation and the quiet beach is just a short walk. We would easily rent this house again.

And Our visit to Anna Maria was perfect! The host could not have been nicer to work with. The house was perfect for a couple that wanted to get away and relax. The pool was great, comfortable and clean. We look forward to returning to Anna Maria and staying at Mark and Romona’s beach house!

We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Surf. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped and sizable which made it easy to prepare meals. The dining and living room was vey comfortable. The pool and backyard were great, which we we used daily except when it rained. The beach was an easy walk and very accessible. Overall it was a great week with the exception of of a couple rainy days.
