The tropical planting gives areas of both sun and shade and at night-time the palms are automatically lit to enhance the ambience of the backyard and pool area.

Upstairs, guests will love to use the granite finished, fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets. Great-room opens onto generous lanai with outdoor dining.

By the pool you can enjoy the large entrance level patio, sun loungers and gas BBQ grill, wall mounted TV. Over-sized double garage with remote access, beach chairs, beach toys and beach cart too.

A pearl of a property within 2-3 blocks (3-4 mins walk) to the idyllic, soft, white sand of the Gulf beaches with their breathtaking sunsets, towards the north of the Island.
