Clean property, entrance was difficult to find on maps and property appeared old on the exterior but the inside is very neat and well-decorated. The provided snacks and utilities are good, and the area overall has a great vibe. The only (minor) issue is with the parking, which is a bit away from the property location and needs to be paid for. Other than that, everything was good!

Great location. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and cozy, with everything needed for a stay. Chad, the host, was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Such a cute property. Finally a property description and pictures that match what you get when you arrive! We really enjoyed the location, all the amenities i.e. coffee, charging locations throughout, bathroom extra's, it felt like a hotel! The bedrooms and bathroom were spacious and decorated so nicely. Everything you need is within walking distance. We did not get a chance to spend time on the beach but we noticed beach chairs, wagon and lots of other extras to use at the beach.

I really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean. Well stocked. A lot of effort was put in to make the apartment very comfortable So grateful for the coffee We were able to go back and forth to the beach quite easily the shops and restaurants are around the corner. Hope to stay there again

Excellent Property

We enjoyed our stay. Owner provided supplies and we really enjoyed walking to the beach with cart, collet and lawn chairs! Overall, we would be very happy to return. A lot to do around there and parking was not difficult and was inexpensive.

Cute upstairs apartment in a great location

The place was spacious and cute with everything we needed (like coffee and plenty of towels!) Loved that we could walk to breakfast and dinner and beach was short walk or drive. Owner instructions and tips were incredibly thorough and helpful. Had an awesome time!

If you are looking for the perfect spot in St Armands, this is it!! So easy and Chad has everything you need to get started with your vacation. Steps from great restaurants and 2 blocks to the beach. It couldn't have been a better spot to spend our vacation!!

This property exceeded our expectations. Very inviting and welcoming. Exceptionally clean and stocked with anything you may need and MORE. Perfect location for a family who wants a little of everything, shopping, restaurants and the beach. We can’t wait to return.

"Very convenient to Armand Circle, nice to have two large bedrooms and large eat-in kitchen. Clean and quiet! I was initially concerned about the back entrance but I always felt safe.

Want to make this a yearly tradition!

This was the perfect spot in St. Armand’s circle, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops plus a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is so cutely decorated and well equipped with all the beach features you need. Miss hanging out in that terrace with my friends, want to make this a yearly tradition.

On the Circle and close to the beach

My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend in this great location. This condo is located on top of a commercial building that is part of the circle that forms the entertainment district. You are literally steps away from any number of great restaurants, bars and shops. We spent a lot of time walking the beach, which stretches for several miles, and is only a couple blocks away. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly and the place as very clean and extremely well appointed. We will be back and will stay here again.

A Week in St. Armands Circle

WE thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Beachy Speakeasy. The apartment was great, the location is amazing if you want to be in the thick of the restaurants/stores/more, the little extras were a bonus, and our host Chad was extraordinarily responsive when we had questions or requests. Multiple thumbs up.

Mini break

Myself, husband and 19 year old son enjoyed a 3 night stay . The accommodation was perfect. Location fantastic and all the facilities left to use beach buggy, chairs. Shampoo shower gel. Plenty of fresh towels.All the kitchen equipment and condiments to use was fantastic.. very responsive host answered any questions we had straight away. We would not hesitate to book again.

Living Easy in the Speak Easy

We loved our stay at the Speak Easy (so much that we wish we could keep it a secret like a true Speak Easy). We have no doubt that it will soon be booked years in advance. Chad was so easy to communicate with through the entire pre-vacation process and made us feel so comfortable and appreciated as renters. This place is a true gem and we can't wait to stay here again next year. I know we'll have to book early!

Spring Break

Chad is very quick to communicate and had the house stocked with essentials for the kitchen, bath and the beach. The record player, yoga maps, weights and boxing gloves are a nice touch. The location is excellent - next to all the restaurants/shopping and a short walk to the beach. The place only has one bathroom, but we made it work without a problem.
