I loved everything about the property. The location was more than perfect. It is located on the main and most attractive street in Sarajevo. A large number of restaurants, bars, pastry shops in the immediate vicinity. The housekeeper is very kind and they even offered us to move from the third floor to the first because we once complained that it was difficult to climb to the third floor. The property is very clean and tidy. We felt safe and definitely think of coming back again.

Bra hotell med centralt läge!

Hotellet är väldigt centralt, med promenadavstånd till historiska stadskärnan och mycket nära tvärbanan. Rummet är väldigt rent och AC, wifi fungerar väldigt bra. Det enda problemet var att det inte fanns en hiss vilket är jobbigt om man har svårt att gå upp för trappor. Det andra problemet är att receptionen var nästan aldrig bemannad men det fanns ett telefonnummer man kan ringa om man behöver hjälp. Men om man är ganska självständig och man vill ha ett fräscht rum med centralt läge så skulle jag definitivt rekommendera detta hotell!

Excellent location and a very comfortable stay

A very pleasant stay in a very nice clean and well equipped apartment. The double glazing meant the room was very quiet despite being iver the busy pedestrian street. Very well located to explore the old town. Parking was nearby (negotiate a day rate if not moving the car). Our apartment was on the top floor so three floors of steps with bags. Entry is by door code emailed beforehand and we needed to pay in cash. A very nice place to stay.

Great location and owner was a very good communicator. No elevator here, so if you aren't good with stairs you might have a hard time. Cons....AC couldn't keep the bedroom area cool, so we would wake up sweating in the middle of the night and the bathroom and shower was pretty small. Great cevapi place feet from the hotel entrance! Quick access to most things.

Highly recommend

Beautiful apartment in a very central location Kind and helpful host who nooked a taxi for us at a good price and also printed our boarding passes Please note there is no lift so a lot of stairs if you have a 3rd floor room.

Don't hesitate, just book!

What a beautiful little apartment! A great space with a hob to cook on as well as a lovely big bed and bathroom. On the town pedestrian street but don't let thay bother you, it's expertly placed but just quiet enough that I slept really well The owner was so helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this place, as a solo traveller I couldn't have asked for more.

A good located hotel in SJJ CityCentre, which was easy to reach by public transportation. The room was quite good & really calm. It were not possible to pay by card, even it is written down on the hotels website - so pay before you go or handle the payment in cash.

Ottima posizione nel centro della vecchia Sarajevo ad un passo dal mercato tristemente famoso per la strage avvenuta e vicino alla bascarsjia (posto imperdibile da visitare).Dalla struttura risulta facilissimo visitare a piedi quasi tutto quello che interessa e per le attrazioni o posti più lontani i mezzi pubblici sono relativamente comodi e raggiungibili. Per quanto riguarda la struttura pur non avendo contatti fisici ma solo telefonici con l' host ,se non con la gentilissima ed efficiente signora che ne faceva le pulizie,non ho avuto alcun problema ad accedere all' appartamento e effettuare i check in /out .Ho trovato la sistemazione molto pulita e funzionale compatibilmente con il fatto che si trova in un edificio della vecchia Sarajevo. Unica cosa che nel mio caso non è stata importante ma potrebbe esserlo per persone con problemi di deambulazione è che bisogna salire due piani di scale abbastanza strette e ripide quindi tenetene conto se avete questa difficoltà. L' host è stato preciso,amichevole e molto efficiente e mi ha agevolato anche con filmati dimostrativi su telefono per le procedure di accesso all' appartamento.Per il resto non posso che vivamente consigliare questa struttura per una visita sia breve ma anche come nel mio caso più lunga della stupenda Sarajevo.

It is not quiet by any means since it is actually on the main walking street and people can be loud at night. The other issue is lack of space to unload luggage but everything else is fine. We would do it again.

I solo traveled to Bosnia and stayed here for 5 days. The location is unmatched. Walking distance to everything within several minutes, national gallery, crimes against humanity museum, 11/7 gallery, olympic museum, olympic cable cars etc. Many shops and restaurant within walking distance. Check in was seamless, i was able to check in early. The woman who who checked me in was so nice. Also walking distance to 2 tour agencies i used for free walking tour (meet bosnia tours) and day tour to Mostar (viator). Many atms and a nice park right next to the apartments. The water pressure was hot and great. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets and pillows were great. I slept wonderfully here. Nice kitchenette with fridge , microwave, kettle, stove. Very sunny room with multiple windows. I would stay her again when in Bosnia and definitely recommend this place. I always felt very safe walking around early morning or late at night as a female solo traveler. I had a wonderful time in Bosnia!

Sálernið eins og lítill skápur; klósettsetan laus og lokið dottið af; vatnstankurinn lak á þig þegar þú stóðst við vaskinn; baðkarið einungis nothæft fyrir sturtu og þó var varla hægt að standa þar sem blöndunartækin stóðu langt út; ;mygla í fúgunum milli flísa. Ekki varað við 46 tröppum upp þröngan stiga upp í aðra íbúðina, meira upp í hina.

Incredible value

I stayed at Residence Prime for one night only but it was a great stay thanks to the central location, impeccable cleanliness, and thoughtful communication with the property manager. I was sent all the necessary information for accessing my room several hours before my arrival, and the self-check-in was hassle-free. As for the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything a traveler could think of. There is even a kitchenette, which is fantastic when you are planning a longer stay- it is truly a home away from home. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my short stay, and I will recommend this property to guests who want to feel at home during their trip to Sarajevo. A few things to consider: 1. The room on the 3rd floor, as perhaps all other rooms on the property, had an abundance of switches on every corner. Even though most of them had tags specifying what each switch was responsible for, I felt confused -- there was even a switch to run the electricity next to the bed. 2. I checked in on Sunday afternoon, and none of the shops in the area were open, so it was difficult to find drinking water. There was no tea in the room, either. 3. The reception desk was empty throughout my stay, which in and of itself is not a bad thing as the manager keeps track of everything and responds quickly via WhatsApp. Still, the lack of real-life communication with a staff member can make navigating the room and the city a bit challenging. Yorumlara bakarak sorunsuz bir yerde kalmak için burayı tercih ettim. Daha fazla ödeyerek ön cephedeki daha büyük odayı almış olmama rağmen daha ucuz olan oda verildi, uygulama üzerinden göstererek bu durumu söylediğimde "odan bu" dendi. Odayı gösteren personel İngilizce veya Türkçe bilmiyordu, anlaşamadık. İletişim numarası içeren e-posta da ben ayrıldıktan sonra geldi. Sabah sıcak su yoktu, beklememe rağmen sıcak su hiç olmadı. Buranın yarı fiyatına çok daha iyi yerler var, konuma da çok takılmayın yürüyerek her yer çok yakın.

Saraybosna seyahatimizde kullandığımız otel şehir merkezine baş çarşı ya 5 dakika mesafede sönmeyen ateşe ise 200 metre mesafededir havalimanından biraz yürüdükten sonra otobüs ile otele yakın bir yerde indik ve yürüyerek ulaştık otel görevlileri Türkçe biliyor ve önceden sizinle iletişime geçiyorlar odalar gayet temiz kullanışlı ve düzenliydi kendilerine teşekkür ediyoruz.
