Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Community Amenity Fee
A community amenity fee applies for guests over the age of 14. The fee is $5.20 per person, per day with a 3-day minimum, or $25 for a 7-day stay.

Exterior Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras are in use and are positioned to monitor the driveway and trash area only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Trash Fine
Unbagged trash or recycling will result in a penalty of up to $250, and the trash company will not collect loose waste.

Wildlife Awareness
Bears are known to be in the area at times. Please lock all car doors and do not leave food or scented items outside.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
