"A group of five of us came down for a few nights. There was plenty of room for us all! It was very conveniently located as we were able to walk to the beach and various restaurants. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to reach and extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend this place!"

"Brought my daughter down for a last minute birthday trip. This rental is perfect. Super close to beach, very nice and safe neighborhood. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about.
