"El personal genial, además hay una chica que habla español. El hotel está bastante apartado, en la montaña con una carretera no muy buena pero el entorno es precioso, la comida riquísima y a buen precio y hay mucha tranquilidad. Si vas a Sofia y alquilas coche necesitas que el hotel tenga aparcamiento o comprar un sim búlgara porque es la única opción de pagar la zona azul y verde, no tienen parquímetros."

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. "Es un hotelazo. Perfecto si vas con coche. Esta decorado con muy buen gusto y el personal es eficiente y muy simpático. Está a 15 minutos del centro en metro que está a su vez a 5 minutos andando del hotel. No hay muchos restaurantes alrededor es el único inconveniente "
