Dear Florian, It was nice to hear that you thought Kira’s is a great hotel and you loved your breakfast. Your comments regarding the noise in the street were not a surprise given that this was explained to you when you arrived with a pre-booked reservation for the last room in the hotel. We also explained that there is already iminnent planned work to improve the minimization of the noise in the rooms facing the street.
