Welcome to Avo Maria 2 by Atlantic Holiday, a charming house situated in the peaceful village of São Vicente, Madeira Island. This property is designed to provide a comfortable and practical base for couples, small families, or friends exploring the island's natural and cultural attractions.



The house accommodates up to four guests, featuring a cozy bedroom on the attic and queen size bed in the living area. The bathroom is equipped with all essentials, including a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals, including a fridge, microwave, hob, and utensils.



For moments of relaxation, enjoy the outdoor area with a shared pool with the second apartment, is a great spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Private outdoor parking is available for added convenience.



Entertainment is provided with a smart TV connected to a set-top box. Families with young children will appreciate the inclusion of a baby cot and high chair.



Its thoughtful design ensures a comfortable experience. We provide bed linens and bath towels, and kindly request that guests respect the no-smoking policy indoors.



Check-in is flexible, available from 16:00 until 05:00 the next morning, to accommodate your travel schedule.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
