"The room was very clean and bathroom smells delightful!! Only improvement for the future is to have a spa amenity. This is a beautiful resort close to the airport, suitable for winding down annd relaxing before taking off, and im pretty sure the guests here wouldn’t mind to spend on massage however there wasn’t any. Hopefully there’s one in the future! Thank you for the wonderful stay. 😃"

"I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Especially love the marble accents in every corner of the interior. The buffet selection offers quite a variety of delicious options. I will definitely come back here on another occasion."

"The place is so special designed, very clean, super comfy bed and bed stuffs located on a cozy street. Just a few steps from the hotel you will find a convinience store and food market. The host and the staffs made me feel like home. The services is excellent. Breakfast have a variety of choices and very delicious.
