Amazing all around. The view from the home is unreal. Roxanne is very responsive and will meet you at check-in. She even had her porters carry our bags for us from the van. There is daily room service and laundry service for a fee. Just an incredible experience.

This villa is perfect in every way and our family of 8 loved it!! Location is right next to all the shopping, wonderful cafes and restaurants. The view is to die for and there’s a wonderful market right up the stairs from the villa.

So much fun!!! The property was a fantastic location. It provided easy access to restaurants and shops while still providing a quite peaceful retreat. The host and staff were extremely gracious and helped to make everything splendid. I have stayed at plenty of VRBOs around the world and this one is at the top of the list. Truly grateful to have spent our time here.

Stay at Grand Canava

We were four couples that stayed at Grand Canava the last week of October, 2024. Overall the property worked very well for our group with its large pool and patio overlooking the Aegean Sea and plenty of furniture. The bedroom configuration is a bit unusual with a couple of the rooms lacking windows but we made it work just fine. The location is also ideal as the villa is just steps away from all the shops and restaurants of Oui but still quite private once inside. Another big plus were Roxanne who was very responsive and helpful and Assia who prepared the most amazing breakfast every morning and otherwise took meticulous care of all our needs. This was first visit to Oui and we wouldn't hesitate to rent Grand Canava again.

We had a wonderful time. the property it self is beautiful and is next to all of the shops and restaurants of Oia. Beautiful views surround the villa with a small grocery store right up the stairs. Roxanne was gracious and so helpful in arranging tours and transportation for us. Asia was amazing! She was so courteous and charming...and always smiling. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and willing to help us with anything as needed. We couldn't be happier in selecting this for our first visit to Santorini. We highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful property for a large group of women. The Grand Canava has a gorgeous view with a convenient, but fantastic location. The incredible swimming pool and lounging area was perfect for a reunion of 8 women friends. The hosts and staff were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much and loved Oia. Beware of cruisers and keep the door to the public walkway walked as we had a few instances of uninvited guests entering to take photos. Unfortunately, the gate from the main walkway in Oia does not lock, so rooms had to be locked to assure security. Perhaps some signage indicating that the property is private is in order?

Amazing villa

We were a group of 11 and had an amazing stay at this most beautiful villa!!! Breathtaking views, beautiful rooms, and excellent location. The air conditioners were a bit weak in a few of the rooms but we were there during a heat wave. Roxanne and Assia are wonderful! Very responsive, attentive, and kind. HIGHLY recommend!

Wow, ideal location and great view

Roxanne was super friendly and helpful, she treated our group like family. The place was very spacious and all 8 of us were able to have our own space (2 couples and 4 singles), but it would’ve easily fit 6 couples. The pool was a great hangout spot with an amazing view of the caldera. The location is right off the main walking path in Oia, so don’t worry about having to hike up and down a bunch of stairs. There is a hot tub outside the bedroom of the top villa which was a great way to unwind at night. Roseanne made sure we were comfortable and taken care of and we had a minor issue with one of the water heaters and she had someone out to look at it the next morning. Definitely would recommend and would love to stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay

Assia was wonderful! She took good care of us and was always available if we needed help. The place is beautiful and has the most amazing views! The pool was always clean, the hottub always hot. We very much enjoyed our stay! Roxanne was always attentive and responsive to my messages!

Great location and views in Oia

Wonderful location in Oia with terrific views of the Caldera. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating overlooking the Caldera. The host was very responsive before and throughout our stay.

Perfect place to celebrate Dad’s 85th birthday

This property is huge, clean and in the perfect location. The owner Roxanne is on top of everything and made sure our stay was the best it can be. Isa is Incredible as well, she made us breakfast one morning, served looking out at the beautiful Caldara… do not pass up the opportunity to have breakfast at the property. She even washed my clothes, sorted and folded them. I cannot say how much we enjoyed our stay, we were very sad to leave. A+++++ property and host

True Santorini Experience

I recently stayed at this property and was blown away by the outdoor space. It truly had all the Santorini vibes you could hope for. The white walls, blue accents, and stunning views made the Greece experience special. Whether I was lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal on the terrace, the ambiance was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a more picturesque setting. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to experience a taste of Santorini.

Perfect for our group

This property is stunning and exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent for exploring, shopping and dining and a terrific respite from the crowds. And the views are incredible. We were two families traveling together and the layout was perfect. Assia was attentive and informative while the owner was away. Our first evening one of our sun umbrellas by the pool broke in the wind but Assia had them fixed immediately. One day we went to the beach and we were provided with beach towels (in addition to the bath and pool towels already provided. Highly recommend!

Loved Santorini and especially this place

We loved everything about our stay in the Grand Canava, especially the views and the customer service we received from Assia. This was a perfect six bedroom place for our family. Location could not be better for proximity to food and coffee, bakery and shops. You won’t want to leave.

We enjoyed staying at the Canava. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and has beautiful view. The only thing I can complain is the hot tub is not so clean and the leaking of the bathroom sink in the bedroom upstairs. Other than that the view and the location is unbeatable. Will still recommend.

Beautiful historic property and Great location

We had a group of 8 extended family staying at the villa. We loved the property! There is plenty of room to gather inside and out, yet private space for all. The property is in a perfect spot at the first level of villas off the main Oia walking path. The steps are much less than other nearby villas so it’s helpful for less mobile people.

Beautiful Property

This is an amazing property on a beautiful Island. Location was as listed and close to many restaurants and shops. Owner was happy to suggest places to eat, transfer options and tours. It was like 4 little bungalows within one space which was nice for the 3 married couples. Each has it own fridge, stove and bathroom.

Even Better than the pictures and great reviews!

The villa was amazing. Every aspect exceeded our very high expectations. Spending 8 days in Oia allowed us to explore at our own pace and avoid the most crowded periods by relaxing at the ultimate villa. Assia was incredibly helpful and was an unexpected bonus for the week.

Grand Canava

This villa has the most beautiful location it is stunning. Perfect short walk to boutiques and restaurants this really is 5 star ⭐️ Also the house keeper Assia is amazing really works very hard and nothing is too much trouble. The owner was also very helpful organising taxis to and from airport and with luggage etc again 5 ⭐️ for this service. The only down side was there was always someone coming into the villa, we were asked on several occasions by staff and the owner to close doors and windows when we left property ( we would always do this as had personal belongings inside) the owner then started to moan about water coming out of pool even though it was advised as a pool deep enough to dive into. We were then asked to vacate property on 2nd day so it could be cleaned (we were only there for 3 days). Staff would also have to come in twice a day as two bedrooms are set back into the volcanic rock and have no windows and have dehumidifier’s on 24 hours a day which need to be emptied twice a day. I would however recommend this villa it is great for large families just would have been nice to have more privacy.
