We had a wonderful few days on this property. The cave house was very clean and fit three people well. Location is beautiful and it’s walkable to many stores and restaurants. Maria the host was a great communicator and we had no issues with arranging transportation.

Cool cave house. Beautiful to lounge and relax. However some of the patio cushions smelled like cat urine. There were stray cats everywhere. The location is very crowded as it is at the end of the island. A lot of people in the tiny walkways. This is a very busy area and does not have a lot of public parking. House itself was accommodating and spacious. Lots of space to unpack things and lounge. They stock the fridge at the start of the stay as the breakfast. It is not brought daily.Host sent someone to our car, to help carry bags and to show us the location.

I was traveling with 2 friends 50/60 age range.Starting with the positive, you can’t beat the view, absolutely gorgeous. The owner arranged assistance for getting our luggage to the unit and initiated contact several times over the stay.The not so great was the cleanliness of the unit. On the first night one the women’s bed sheets were dirty, the AC was good but it emitted and strong smell. The bathroom had some moldIn fairness to the owner none of these concerns were shared with her.

Beautiful place, exactly as shown in the photos, and perfectly located in the heart of Oia. They arranged transportation from the airport, and someone took care of carrying our luggage all the way down to the room, which is absolutely essential given the walking distance and all the stairs to reach the villa. The view is simply breathtaking.

Just like the pictures..

The property is in a stunning location in the heart of Santorini's Oia. And it is just like the pictures- the whitewashed homes, cliffs, a view of the Aegean sea and caldera that go on forever. A cozy property that checks all the boxes. Everything just goes off without a hitch- airport pickup, porter taking and picking up bags, etc. Maria is an outstanding communicator, quickly answering any question you may have. Such a fun and interesting place. A must do is a boat excursion around the island for swimming, sight seeing, a great Greek meal and maybe the most beautiful sunset ever.

We loved staying in this cave house. It was right in the middle of all the action in Oia, but still felt quiet. And the view cannot be beat! We would stay here again.

Perfect Paradise in Santorini

The cave house is in a wonderful location and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Santorini. You can’t beat the location - right by the Oia shops and restaurants and an amazing view of the caldera. Maria provides breakfast items and wine which can be enjoyed indoors or outside on the patio, and quaint/fun decor including twinkling lights in the bedroom! Our only complaint was that we only booked 2 nights - it would have been wonderful to stay a week or longer.

Oia cave house stay

We had a wonderful time staying in Maria’s cave house with beautiful views of the caldera and Oia. It was perfect for 3 of us on a girls trip. The location was amazing - so central to all of the activities in the town. I would highly recommend this house.
