The apartment’s location is excellent. We stayed in December during the low season, and the surrounding area was very tranquil and quiet. Maria, our host, is incredibly kind and thoughtful. She contacted us before arrival and arranged a porter to help with our luggage. Upon arrival, she greeted us personally, showed us the apartment, and welcomed us with a fully stocked fridge including yogurt, fruit, orange juice, butter, ham, and cheese. The pantry was also well stocked with crackers, honey, jam, peanut butter, Nutella, and breakfast cereal.Maria even invited us to her terrace to watch the sunset, where she served wine and snacks—an unforgettable experience. She took care of our daily trash and regularly restocked food items. The apartment is located in the heart of Oia, with a grocery store nearby and restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. The air conditioning works well, there is plenty of space for luggage, and the bed and linens are very comfortable. The bathroom is moderate clean with great water pressure. Kitchen however is very tiny. Laundry facilities require a drive to Fira (about 7 km).
