Wonderful property, right the beach. It is quiet beach area, but when it is calm it is definitely great for swimming. The property is just a couple of minutes from Oia, so very conveniently located. The property was clean and comfortable. Nice and speciouand has cute small hot tub outside that had a great view of fthe ocean. The property owner/manager is very helpful. The fridge is also stocked with breakfast items, just have to get water, oil, salt and pepper, otherwise everything was supplied. Great stay, definitely would recommend.

Stunning views, charming accommodations, and a gracious host! This place is so charming with every detail inside the apartment well thought out. John is a wonderful host who was there to greet us and included little extras in the apartment including breakfast staples like eggs, bread, cheeses, meat, yogurt, and coffee and a bottle of wine to enjoy while watching the sunset. The views overlooking the ocean and sunset were stunning and you can enjoy the ocean waves from the front of the villa. The villa is located off of the road so there is street noise in the bedrooms, but I am a light sleeper and did not find it to be disturbing with my ear plugs in. This a great location if you want to stay outside of the crowds of Oia and have quick access to both Oia, the smaller village of Finikia (which has some great, less-crowded restaurant options), and a local winery. I do recommend a rental car for convenience and John will also provide a list of recommendations for Santorini and is very communicative throughout the stay. I highly recommend this location if you seek a little bit of a respite away from the crowded areas.

This is a nice villa right by the sea, with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen has a coffee maker, stove, a few other small appliances that we didn’t end up using. Overall, it had ( almost) everything we needed. I wish there was a small washer; there are not very many closeby laundromat services. We were welcomed during the check-in and had all our questions answered by John. Additionally, the host was always available when we needed a recommendation or had a question. While the villa is in Oia, it’s a good idea to rent a car to get to nearby stores and restaurants as the roads are not all walkable/ pedestrian friendly. Highly recommend and would visit again!

When we arrived Toni met us at the villa and gave us a tour of the villa and answered all of our questions about the various areas around Santorini. We were quite tired when we arrived, so we were pleasantly surprised to find that the refrigerator had been stocked with staples like milk, juice, eggs, bread, butter and sandwich meat. There were also dessert items as well as a bottle of wine. We truly appreciated not having to head out to a restaurant or food market that first evening. The views from this villa are incredible, you can see a spectacular sunrise as well as sunset. It was a wonderful place to come back to after sight-seeing in Santorini, we would definitely come back to this beautiful villa!

Excellent!!

John was very helpful and welcoming, he was there waiting for us when we arrived, he was above and beyond to accommodate our request. We decided not rent a car and he coordinated our transfer to the center of Oía. The apartment was clean and the view was spectacular. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much John you are the best.

Mother daughter trip

This place is amazing! The view is breathtaking. Could see beautiful sunrise and sunsets from pool. Cute little beach bar right down the street. Wonderful place outside the city. When we come back to island to visit again which we for sure will I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Host was amazing and helped us get tours and rental car. Highly recommend this place

Fantastic spot!

Great spot

You can watch both sunrise and sunset. The beach is a short walk and very close to Oia. My only con was there some road noise so we had to keep roadside windows closed, but it really did not affect our enjoyment of the room. The hosts were great!

Perfect Private Place in Oia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is quaint and comfortable, and the host was extremely kind and helpful. I especially liked the location being just 1.5 miles from the town of Oia. As lovely as the town is, I much prefer to stay somewhere more private outside of the touristy part. This place is perfect and we hope to come back some day.

Amazing Views and Tranquil Surroundings

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved everything about our stay. If you're looking to be "out of the activity" this is your place. The flat is spacious and clean and has more than you need for a comfortable stay. The views are spectacular and the quite surroundings make it so nice to enjoy some peace away from the busyness of Oia and Fira. However, you are close enough to be there in just a few minutes. We had a car and I do suggest having some sort of tranportation as it's way more convenient than using public transportation or taxis. We appreciated the quick responses of our host and personal touches. Great place to stay in Santorini.

Perfect Location

Toninio’s assistance was exceptional. His insight into seeing what Santorini has to offer was invaluable. The home is superb, the view spectacular- wake up to a sublime sunrise every morning. Peaceful, quiet all the amenities necessary to thoroughly enjoy and experience Greece. I was taken such good care of I did not want to leave. Highly recommend. Just Spectacular.

Dream Holiday Spot

What a beautoful place, and a friendly, accommodating host. This is the best beach house you will find. When the sun is out, it fills the beautiful house with dramatic light, without it becoming too hot. The view of the sea is breathtaking, and uninterrupted. The location is a 5 minute drive to Oia and 15 minutes from the airport. The place is immaculately clean, cleaned every two days, and Greek treats are re-stocked in the kitchen with every cleaning. The place is perfect, in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Thank you so much!!

Oasis in Santorini

The property met all our needs, the view of the Aegean Sea was wonderful! They provided adequate provisions for breakfast, lunch and snacks. We filled in with a few visits to local supermarkets. Parking was great and overall you could be anywhere on the island in 30 minutes or less. John the property manager offered great suggestions on things to do and see. He arranged a wonderful sunset cruise with meal, drinks and transportation to and from sailboat dock. Overall there is a lot to do and see on Santorini and The Michelangelo Beach Villa is an ideal location to enjoy the island.

Amazing location for a romantic stay

Hidden Gem!

A beautiful, cozy and aesthetically pleasing Villa with a breathtaking view of Baxedes beach. Includes breakfast items, snacks and wine! The Villa was very clean with a lot of beautiful decor, plenty of fresh towels and linens provided. Our host, John, was extremely helpful and available at all times. The only drawback is the distance to center, Oia, unless you have a car, take the bus or pay for transportation during your stay. Overall a 5 star experience!
