Beautiful view. Office staff relatively attentive. Some mold on ceiling, in bathroom and some curtains. Quite a hike up and down, uneven, cobbled, walkways, and alleys to get from the check-in office over to the Caldera side where the unit was located making luggage movement very very difficult. Did not have many of the attributes listed Such as kitchen appliances having only a coffee maker and small refrigerator. Two different pool options, one two floors above the unit and one on the other side of the mountain so to speak by the office, either easily accessed, but both very nice and not much time to use them anyway Overall, the location is absolutely amazing, the views are beyond spectacular and the unit itself was very comfortable and accommodating, despite the not having the kitchen as advertised which really wasn’t a necessity. The coffee maker and refrigerator were fine. Some little inconsistencies but, at worst, that’s all they were. Our trip was amazing even if we did get a bit more exercise than we planned due to the location, but I think that’s the cost of the amazing views
