Not great
My rating is 5 stars for the view and 2 stars for the VRBO itself. I have stayed in more than a dozen VRBOs over the years and this is without question the most poorly supplied location we have ever stayed at. Don't hope to fry an egg, or in fact do cooking of any kind. There is no stove or oven, not even a microwave. There are no stores or restaurants within walking distance either. There is the bare minimum of plates, glasses and silverware. There is a cutting board, but no salt or pepper. The mini-fridge is so badly in need of defrosting that there is no room for an ice tray, even if one was provided. There is very little counter space so there is not much room for grocery storage. Be careful with what you do leave out. Ants quickly found our stick of butter, even before it was unwrapped. There was one roll of paper towels but not enough toilet paper for 2 people staying four nights. There was a sponge but no dish towel or wash cloth, so we needed to buy more paper towels.
The bathroom and shower were very nice. We can see that the priority usage of space went to the bathroom, not the kitchen.
Bedding was minimal, and the bed was not made properly when we arrived, with no top sheet. The bed was very comfortable though.
