Great accommodation for family

Wonderful host and awesome hotel! We were there w a baby, they provided a portable crib and the kitchen was super helpful to wash bottles. The pool and breakfast was lovely. Short walk from the busy center of Oia. Would recommend and come back!

New, modern facility with swimming pool and private jacuzzi on the balcony. The manager Sortilis is also the owner and is obviously very invested in taking good care of his guests. He carried our luggage up and down on arrival and departure, ensured that we had all necessary supplies and gave us good information about local restaurants, stores and tourist areas. The property was just a short walk away from the main center of Oia including the bus station yet was away from all the hustle and bustle so we had a peaceful stay. This property, though an apartment, was more like a resort with several apartments in the same complex. It was nice to see other guests. The only downside for us was that the ‘ second bedroom ‘ was actually only a small loft with two single beds but it had AC and the beds were comfortable so it was okay. Overall, it was a 5-star stay for us and we have no hesitation in recommending it as a wonderful place to stay in Oia.

The best host!!! I would stay again

Key points: Clean room Cab from Santorini airport is €50 cash (same price from local cabs) limited local cabs so best to pre book The friendliest locals I’ve ever met 10 min was to the centra of Oiw, no need for a cab. Quite a steep hill during this but only for 5 mins - a clean & good sized footpath during this & not much of an issue if you’re mobile Quiet hotel location I would definitely stay here again. The host was brilliant. Easy to communicate with by text/call once I left the hotel. Very friendly and gave a great list of where to go/what to do Within 4 days everything can be done but stay longer to relax. I traveled in June, the weather is very ideal and not crazy busy centre. Not the place to go for a party holiday but the bars/Shisha etc is still a good time No local beach but the pools/boats are accessible Beautiful centre with great restaurants PLEASE NOTE: The uploaded photos were taken after checkout The room is messier than how the cleaner leaves it. The room also has a kitchen with a table and chairs behind me

Cet hôtel/résidence-boutique offrant une grande chambre, un coin cuisine, un coin dinette, un jardin privé muni d’un spa, une entrée privée, un stationnement donne plutôt l’impression d’une mini villa, donc pour nous un . À 10-15 min. seulement de marche de Oia, mais à l’écart du bruit et des nombreux touristes.

Oia a place to see

Our stay in Oia was really great. The amazing view was fantastic. Thé appartement is very close to the Oia center, les than ten minutes. We enjoyed a Greek dinner, very good.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, petit déjeuné très bien. La chambre nikel petit plus avec la kitchenette où nous pouvions nous faire à manger le soir pour éviter de ressortir. Nous avions un jacuzzi sur la terrasse de la chambre ce qui était top surtout pour notre fils qui y resté 1h tout les soirs :) proche du centre ville de Oia mais pas suffisamment excentré pour être au calme. Petit plus aussi pour notre fils, la minette avait eu des bébés chats donc il passait les soirées à jouer avec eux il voulait les ramener avec lui.

It was a nice stay, but one issue...

Overall, it was an okay stay. The owner was nice and welcoming and we had access to our own hot tub. The only issue we had were the ants on the floor, which was kind of gross, but we were only there for the night.

Excellent little stay in Oia. The residence has a nice view of the sea, and is a brief (but uphill!) walk up to town and the caldera. The Oia steps and many of the shops etc. are a brief 10 min walk away, maximum 15 minutes, and you can be in Ammoudi Bay for the great sunset and restaurants within 15-20 mins walking. As for the residence, the unit was very clean, with everything in working order and fully stocked. The residence also has private soaking tubs / jacuzzi's, and a common pool / lounging area for early evenings and late nights. Nice way to end after a hot Greece day. The hosts were great (some of the best i've had in my travel) as it felt like we were staying with family with the breakfast and occasional snacks. We especially enjoyed the hosts stories and jokes. All in all - great stay and one we look forward to coming back to.

I had a fantastic stay for 2 nights at Apanomeria in June 2021. - Sotiris was a very welcoming and friendly host, provided a welcome drink and check in tour, happy to chat and answer questions, arranged transfers efficiently to/from port and airport - Room was excellent - very clean and stylish, highlight was jacuzzi in private garden for the room, mini bar good selection and reasonable prices - Breakfast included - satisfying and good selection including cheese pies, toasted sandwiches, pastries, juice, fruit & coffee - Property does not have the caldera view however you’re only 5 mins walk from centre of Oia, good transport access (bear in mind for suitcase carrying if you consider staying caldera side instead), plus garden & jacuzzi very spacious and a lot more private than if you stayed on caldera & away from the sunset crowds! Overall a fabulous 2 night stay, great value for money and would highly recommend.

Beautiful property, the best owners.

Perfect apartment, pool, and the most helpful owners you could possibly ask for. The room was large, spotless and had everything you need provided. Communication was extremely efficient but above all the owners went far and away above what was required to help with a special request, despite what I learned later were the most difficult circumstances imaginable. I can't thank you all enough for the fantastic stay and all your help!

Wonderful place To be in oia the most famous place To be in Santorini. However it is a peacefull residence with great private accommodation. You Will enjoy a private jacuzzi in a very Nice private garden what is really rare. A very high level for a very low price

Fantastic boutique hotel

Great location and lovely room with an outdoor hot tub. Ideal for a romantic couples break. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the bars and restaurants in Oia and very close to the best places to watch the sunset. Great shower and comfy and spacious bed.

정말정말 가격대비 만족햇던 숙소입니다ㅎ 주인 아주머니가 손주들 챙기듯 요트투어가는것도 현지인에게 잘챙겨달라고 따로 말씀도 해주시고 무엇보다 오픈한지 얼마안된곳이라 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다~^^ 산토리니에 다시 온다면 재방문하려고합니다:)

They scammed us of our money and are refusing to give us a refund. They would not answer back emails or phone calls. Apaanomeria has provided the wrong phone on their website and cannot be reached. The wrong dates were booked and they refused to change our dates even though it was the same amount of nights and it was not our fault the wrong dates were booked. Unfortunately Orbitz was not able to help either and we ended up losing $1200.

The owner is very special. I think he is the most hospitable person I have ever met in my life. He made us so welcome like family. I would recommend this property 100% to anyone looking for a nice clean welcoming place to stay in Santorini.

Best place is Oia

Was slightly hesitant to book because of the amount of reviews but this place was great. The owner is great and has a lot of recommendations. The rooms are very well done and are kept nice and clean. There is a personal jacuzzi out back with a private yard. Very quiet and just far enough away from the center of Oia but still very easy to walk there in 3 minutes. The pool area is the best of all the hotels there. Everywhere else people will be staring at you as you lounge and swim but here it feels very private and closed off. I believe there are only 5 rooms which makes it not crowded at all. Anything that we needed, was always brought to us. The owners were very personable and felt like family. It felt like a home away from home.
