In the heart of beautiful Oia in Santorini this unit was perfect for our 3 people staying together. Everything was very smooth from the beginning. The host was so helpful and met every need. The VIEW was spectacular and all the shops and restaurants were very walkable. One piece of advice, be prepared if you are hiking from Oia to Fira, it is more challenging than the guidebooks tell you! Overall a wonderful stay!

Our group of four really enjoyed our stay in Oia. The property is located in a great location to enjoy the beautiful views and activities of Oia. Getting to the house involved having to move luggage down cobble-stone streets and stairs. A few things didn’t work in the apartment (3 of 4 stovetop elements, dishwasher) - but we worked around them. The view is incredible - but with that comes tourists walking close by and eating in the restaurant overlooking the apartment. Note that there is no washing machine. We knew that going in - but some listings still have it. Overall we enjoyed our time in Oia and would recommend this property.

Such a unique property, right in the middle of Oia. Great place to stay if you are traveling with friends. Unbelievable view of the world famous sunset. The only complaint is the listing had a washing machine listed and there was none. I communicated this to the host a believe she updated. All in all a great spot.

The Perfect Home Base

This property is adorable and SO conveniently located in Oia. The upstairs room is up some outside stairs and separate from the bottom which worked well for us and our friends. We were right in the middle of Oia but out of the main path. The location was perfect for exploring all of Santorini. Isavella and Mario were prompt in their attention to our questions and requests. I would highly recommend!!

Bon emplacement mais déçus par rapport à l'annonce

La maison est très bien située dans Oia mais la description ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons payé et trouvé sur place : nous étions une famille de 6 et impossible de manger à 6 (pas de table et chaises pour 6), pas de machine à laver et sèche linge, aucun petit déjeuner contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l'annonce et la pièce du haut est plus un "cachot" qu'une pièce pour se reposer (ce que l'on a trouvé ne correspond pas aux photos de l'annonce). La vue de la terrasse du 1er étage, qui est minuscule, est magnifique mais aucune vue depuis la terrasse du RDC.

Perfect stay in Oia!

This was the most wonderful stay for our family of six. We have four teenagers, so the upstairs/downstairs set up was perfect. The location is amazing with the incredible views, right in the heart of Oia. The property managers met us, helped us with our bags, transports, and was always available to answer questions. The house is right next to a busy restaurant because it's right off of the main pedestrian walkway but you come to Oia to see and be seen so that didn't bother us at all, the nature of the town is very tight quarters which is part of the experience. The property manager rightly directed us to a cruise which was the best part of our stay in Santorini, highly recommend. This is a fantastic house, clean, well-appointed, and the best views of iconic Santorini. The only hiccup was that I had a hart time getting in touch with the owner before our arrival because I did not know to contact her through WhatsApp. Once I did use WhatsApp, she was very responsive and was able to help us with the details. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Cave house experience

So the experience was okay. Location was exactly as promised. Amenities were not as promised. When we booked it stated that they had laundry. Coming from the states this was a huge factor for us. We packed based on the fact we would be able to do our own laundry. When we arrived and asked where the laundry was it was at that time they stated they had removed the laundry due to previous renters damaging the unit. So we had to insist they do our laundry. For us this was a huge inconvenience because we had to wait for them to bring it and then we had to wait for it to dry. I will say for the most part it was an amazing view and our property manager did try to comply with our requests. I would say double check before booking and make sure you get property manager name prior to showing up like at least a month before.

The perfect Oia, Santorini getaway!!

Our stay at Aerie House was wonderful! The pictures accurately display the beauty and charm of this adorable property. It is located in the heart of the scenic Caldera homes with abundant shopping/restaurants and spectacular views! The home was perfectly cleaned, comfortable beds and great "up to date" plumbing features. The only odd thing was that the kitchen while being well stocked is only stocked for 3 people. 3 large plates/bowls/ etc... The property manager took excellent care of us! He met us at the appointed spot and took our luggage to the home so we didn't have to deal with it at all. If we needed anything at all he was very attentive. He had great advice regarding excursions (that he sets up for you) and also arranged our transfer out on the last day. The only hiccup was in communication with the owner prior to departure. We later found out that my emails were not transferring from the VRBO site to her so she never saw them. I highly recommend staying here. The upper bedroom is only assessable through narrow winding stairs so make sure your group is all able to navigate them.

Can't beat the view!

Our stay was incredible! We had someone waiting for us to check us in at arrival and we truly loved everything about our stay at the property. I stayed in the bedroom upstairs and the view was perfection, which made the stairs up to it worth it. Yes, the restaurant is next door, but it didn't bother us at all. The location was perfect and the description of the property is accurate. Highly recommend this rental.

Best location in Oia

This cute and perfectly placed rental in Oia was fantastic. The upper bedroom had a perfect view over the Caldera. Marios met us and carried our baggage to our rooms. He maintained contact with us and was ready and available with any help we needed or questions we had for him. Totally recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Santorini. It won’t disappoint.

Nice property

The house was lovely and likely would work well for most families. However, the second bedroom was only accessible by a small exterior staircase so my older parents didn’t feel comfortable staying there. Instead, they stayed in the main house with the kids on the twin beds. It worked out fine, but this wasn’t clear in the listing. The house and rooms were lovely and for those that otherwise don’t want a lot of stairs to get to your house (which is common), this was a great location.
