"Casolare ben curato in mezzo al verde, ideale per chi cerca una vacanza di completo relax. Completano il tutto la pulizia e la disponibilità della signora Giacinta. Nulla è lassciato al caso, arredamento e spazi esterni curati nei particolari, questo fa sentire gli ospiti "a casa". Era proprio il posto che cercavo! "

"Het huis straalt een typische Italiaanse plattelandsvibe uit, gelegen tussen de vele olijfboomgaarden.Pro: Fantastisch zwembad, wordt elke ochtend gereinigd. Prachtig zicht op de bergen van op ons terras. (Appartement 4)Veilig afgesloten domein waar de kinderen naar hartelust kunnen spelen.De regio is heel divers, voor ieder wat wils!Contra: je moet voor alles relatief ver rijden. Het leuke strand van Francavilla is 30’ rijden, voor de bergen zit je snel 75’ in de auto."

"La casa è perfetta, non manca nulla ed è tenuta in maniera splendida. La zona è ideale come punto di partenza per chi vuole visitare il parco del Gran Sasso. Il paese è molto piccolo e mancano alcuni servizi utili come il bancomat, ma comunque nei paesi vicini si trova tutto. Se dovessimo tornare in Abruzzo torneremo sicuramente ad Ofena."

In der Aussenanlage mit überdachter Terrasse, Pool und herrlichem Weitblick lässt es sich auch bei 35 sehr gut aushalten. "Dit ie onze vierde stop in onze autorondreis. We blijven hier een week. Het contact met de eigenaren en de caretaker verloopt geweldig. Je krijgt snel antwoord bij vragen en wanneer nodig ook hulp. Het plaatsje heeft smalle straten en bij de meeste past er net een Fiat panda door. Dat is wat als je met een dikke Amerikaan rijdt. "We had an absolutely lovely stay in Loreto Aprutino and in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is right in the old part of the town and has a beautiful view of the landscape from the terrace and the small balcony on the second floor. All facilities are in good condition, clean and well adjusted for the apartment. The only thing we would wish for is a small freezer as the freeze inside the refrigerator did not work very well.
