Hi Mrs. Vielka:I’m sorry to hear of your fathers passing. There seems to be a miscommunication here. We have no recollection of you arriving to the property and then informing us of your father’s passing. We didn’t even receive a phone call from you. We marked you as no show and since no explanation whatsoever was given on your arrival day and weeks after, we simply assumed you didn’t make it and the cancellation penalties apply. The only call we received was from Expedia yesterday asking to see if we could refund your stay, this weeks after you didn’t show up and didn’t call to cancel your reservation. Again there is no record of you contacting or showing up at the property or communicating via Expedia to let us know and try and solve your situation. We apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused and our deepest condolences on your fathers passing.

We are sorry to hear that you were not impressed with our property. The pictures do reflect the status of the property by you never got past the lobby. We are in the process of renovating our rooms as occupancy allows and will be updating the pictures accordingly. Unfortunately you didn’t give us the opportunity to provide you with our service nor tour the facilities and rooms because you arrived to the lobby and decided right there to leave the premises.
