I went there the first night and I canceled my stay because I just found out that my father passed away and I needed to stay close to family. I told this to the registration and canceled my 6 nights stays but the property manager refused to give me a refund for the rest of the 5 nights.

Hi Mrs. Vielka:I’m sorry to hear of your fathers passing. There seems to be a miscommunication here. We have no recollection of you arriving to the property and then informing us of your father’s passing. We didn’t even receive a phone call from you. We marked you as no show and since no explanation whatsoever was given on your arrival day and weeks after, we simply assumed you didn’t make it and the cancellation penalties apply. The only call we received was from Expedia yesterday asking to see if we could refund your stay, this weeks after you didn’t show up and didn’t call to cancel your reservation. Again there is no record of you contacting or showing up at the property or communicating via Expedia to let us know and try and solve your situation. We apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused and our deepest condolences on your fathers passing.

The pictures of the property and the rating does not reflect the reality of the hotel. Rooms had old furtniture and beds, was not at all what was shown in the Expedia profile. I did not stay there and ran away within 5 minutes of been there because I felt decieved by the pictures

We are sorry to hear that you were not impressed with our property. The pictures do reflect the status of the property by you never got past the lobby. We are in the process of renovating our rooms as occupancy allows and will be updating the pictures accordingly. Unfortunately you didn’t give us the opportunity to provide you with our service nor tour the facilities and rooms because you arrived to the lobby and decided right there to leave the premises. It would be good if the shawer can be separate from the bathroom toilet. The staffis very kind!!!
