    Use of speakers, DJ equipment, or loud sound systems is prohibited in the apartment, hallways, pool area, and common spaces.

    Condominium Regulations
    All guests must comply with the administration rules of Torre Giulietta II & III.

    Violations of building policy may result in removal from the property without refund.

    Guest Registration & Communication
    All guests must be registered with valid ID prior to check-in, as required by building administration.

    A valid working phone number is required to finalize the reservation.

    Occupancy & Visitors
    Maximum allowed occupancy: 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation and eviction.

    Visitors: Maximum of 2 at any time during the stay.
    Any visitor staying more than 4 hours is considered a guest and must be declared.

    Overnight guests must be listed in the reservation.
    Extra guest fee: US$10 per guest per night after the second guest.

    Undeclared guest fee: US$20 per guest per night.
    Keys, Access & Security

    Lost or damaged keys, remotes, or keycards carry a replacement fee of US$50.

    Smoking, Hookah & Substances
    Smoking inside the unit is prohibited. A violation fee of US$200 applies.
    Hookah is strictly forbidden by building policy. Any hookah found will be seized and returned at checkout.

    Cleaning & Property Care
    Please leave the property in reasonable condition.
    Damaged or stained linens (towels, sheets, covers) carry a fee of US$30 per item.

    An additional cleaning fee may apply if the unit is left excessively dirty, including but not limited to unwashed cookware, excessive trash, floor or wall stains, or abnormal misuse.

    Check-Out Policy
    Late check-out fees:
    After 30 minutes past check-out time: US$50
    After 2 hours: full additional day rate charged
    The additional day charge does not grant right of occupancy; it is a penalty for delaying turnover and affecting incoming reservations.

    Maintenance & Access
    If any issue is reported requiring repair, cleaning, or correction, you authorize our team to enter the unit to resolve the matter. No additional permission is required to access the apartment if correction is necessary following a complaint.

    Violations
    Violations of any of these rules may result in termination of the stay, cancellation without refund, and fines as per building administration policy.
